The best part of TP will end on a HIGH NOTE with Pakhi moving on and realizing that she is free to choose her life even though she was brainwashed into living a scripted life as a child-bride!!

With all due respect to Ankhi fans, the VeePa track was probably the most poignant and meaningful one of Pakhi's life and of TP itself, so anonee, I'm firmly with you on this. I'm deeply saddened that TP is ending abruptly because there is so much potential to the VeePa story but I'm glad it is ending on such a high note. Looking forward to the journey to the 14th and a new beginning (yes, a beginning, not the end) and here's hoping that the CVs give Pakhi (and us) the closure we deserve from Anshuman and leave her (and us) with hope for a bright new future, free from the shackles of the past.

i will miss the story, it was different and unique

but more then that ill miss varun badola on screen,
sadly, what paakhi said to veer is what the public thinks
when we wrote to paakhi that she is wrong by her words we forgot to ask the public the same , its the people who think this way ... that is why CV made paakhi say it, so who is to be blamed,??
you know what,
seeing the story i must say - Being an old man love is better then being younger man slave, that what paakhi was with anshuman, but any ways... its every one's choice !!!! they go by age / looks but no by talent !!!
they did not want to give him a chance, I m thankful to TP team for selecting my hero as the main lead and i think NO ONE BUT NO ONE COULD DO JUSTICE TO VEER'S ROLE BETTER THEN VARUN !!
any ways varun is a great actor , we all love him and we know he will come back in a better show with new character
best of luck varun
u did a great job
love u as veer :)
keep it up

i don't think because of this they ending the show.. Life ok is revamping.they r ending their all old show recently they decide to end GD ..although we knew that was not their plan..
it was not a fresh show .. and they never promoted this.. and i don't think any strong story line possible after this..and if that is a fresh show they had time and way to set a story ..but not now.. unnecessary dragging is not good i think ye we will miss him but this is life ... and i think we should habitual to this..😉
often this is happens to us..😆

They also ended GD and EBI and now they r going to do LAT 3 time in a week ... there was no Actor change..issue...😳

It is indeed sad news that they are ending this show ... and I really hoped we had gotten more time to see the relationship between Veer and Paakhi develop into the love they both deserve... and not a rushed ending!!!.
That being said... I have enjoyed TP from the beginning up until now becaus e I find the character of Paakhi and Shrada's performance outstanding in this role .
I am happy and will console my self that we got to see Varun on screen again as Veer and hope and pray we do so again soon.
Although I loved the Paakhi and Anshuman's Jodi... I really loved the new development with the new story that life dose not end with the passing of a loved one and that yes love can happen twice and even better than before. There is nothing wrng with that.
Also there is no age or tome to fall in love as love is just that...

I have to disagree with you Veer is not OLD!

Currently, Veer's age is 37 (his next birthday he will be 38). It is inappropriate to call someone of that age old!!

If Pakhi was wed sometime between the ages of 6-8 (see the old clips of TP) then right now she is between the ages of 25 to 27.

Given that Anshuman looked between the ages of 11-14 in those old clips. If alive he would have been 31 to 35.

So both Anshuman and Veer are old as they both are in their 30's. And Pakhi is just 3-5 years short of being considered old as per those standards!!

I'm glad the show is ending even after dragging the show so much but the show ended since Anshuman-Paakhi came back from Singapore. All the best to the team tho.

We knew it was due to go off air in 2-3 months but it is still disappointing as IMHO the story they are currently telling is very important in changing the mindset that currently exists in Indian families that when a woman is widowed (especially when she is very young) her life stops. She does not have the right to live her life, be happy in her own right. Her life is lived through her children (if she has any) or she is simply a member of the family who has duties/responsibilities and any joy in her life is through joy of others in the family but any such happy occasion she has to remain in the shadows as she is omen of bad luck !!!!! More often than not these woman find themselves treated badly.

I am not advocating second marriages for everyone but it should be choice that the woman has a right to make without being stigmatised. Because with the right person and right approach second relationships can be as happy and fulfilling as the first.

The fact that the mindset exists is shown by the low viewership of the show. The Pakhi -Ansuman love story was no doubt beautiful and very special but the fact remains that a young age of mid 20s Pakhi is alone with the prospect of living the next 30 - 35 years of her life alone (l completely accept the makers rushed the second marriage so I don't want to go into it). It sounds really romantic to say you can live your life with the memories of the one you loved but reality is it is a very lonely life - no one to share you happiness or pain, your fears and doubts, no one to provide comfort or act as a sounding board.

If through this story even one person's mindset had been changed it would have been story worth telling in MHO.

I just hope that in the rush to end the show and pacify the audience we do not end up with a messy ending !!!!

PS. the other mindset that needs to change in Indian audiences is ageism. Instead of always looking for 2 similar age conventionally good lucking couple they need to learn to look at the circumstances in the story and understand that why the character has to be a certain age whether its because they need to have certain gravitas or maturity etc.
