Fantastic Friday...it was not fantastic, it was KHANtastic!
What a way to end the week and begin the weekend. Don't know what I am talking about?
Arre, wait are you waiting for...jaldo read the review and enjoy.

Oh haan...after reading it, hug your mom, kiss her and tell her you love her. If not possible, always include her in your prayers and you will see that your fears and worries will be gone...

June 6 - Maa

There is nothing greater than a mother's love'

Anuja
The moment this mother has been waiting for was finally about to happen. She would get back her son, her Anshuman.

Lavanya
A confusing mother; her heart tells her that Naina is her sab kuch but her subconsciousness confronts her with her inner voice that Lavanya will love her own child more than Naina and that she will always be her stepdaughter. Keep one thing in mind Lavanya: A mother does not need to prove her love for her child. Sauteli ya sagi, maa bas maa hoti hai...

Paakhi
There a mother is reunited with her son and here a mother is running away from her son. Not per se from her son, but by deciding not to come back to her husband she is also punishing her son. A father can give almost everything to his child except for one thing: the love of a mother. Iss liye Paakhi, wapas aajo and do not let Ayaan become another Anshuman.

This is such an episode that cannot be described in words but needs to be felt... Iss liye, I won't say much except for this:

Where to start and what to say?
Let me try to start from the beginning. TP has always been a small underrated show, matlab it has never been in the limelight as much as other big shows from other big channels. Those who watch TP know what it is all about and why it is so attracting; production house, direction, storytelling and not to forget the star cast. I have said this many times but can't say it enough; this show has a brilliant star cast. From the supporting cast to the lead pair and child artist, each one of them knows how to perform and when what to deliver. Like every other Hindi show, TP also had its ups and downs. The Delhi track is such an example. Personally, I felt it could have been done better but the beauty of this show is that the CVs always know how to end a track with a bang. And that is exactly what they did today. The last episode of the Delhi track ended and how...

Yesterday was emotional and today was heart wrenching. The way Anshuman said maa', the way he asked to look at him just once, the way he stopped her, the way he wanted to be hugged, the way he asked for forgiveness, the way he was being hugged, the way he cried and the way he kissed her hands, with each and every moment I wiped away a tear...
The way she heard his voice after so many years, the way she was being called maa', the way she ran away, the way she listened to him, the way she was crying, the way she was being stopped, the way she saw turned around and saw his him, the way she touched his face, the way she kissed him, the way she saw him cry, the way she said mera beta', with each and every moment I wiped away a tear...

There are two words for this scene: pure and perfection. The purity of the emotions and feelings could be felt by the heart and soul. The perfection in the voice modulation, dialogue delivery and expressions could be seen and felt with the eyes (in the form of tears).
This is what viewers get when two amazingly talented actors come together; a masterpiece.
Anita Raj and Iqbal Khan were the stars of today. She was excellent as the mother and he was brilliant as the son. As an actor one has to be able to deliver any kind of emotion but not every actor is capable to emote every emotion with the right amount of feeling, precision and conviction.
Iqbal Khan is an actor which owns all those qualities and that is exactly which makes him one of the very best in the TV industry. Again and again this man has delivered and how. If there is one scene which I will not be able to forget, after his outburst to Rana, then it has to be today's reunion scene.
He was exceptionally good in the way he cried and pleaded for forgiveness to his mother. He just nailed it. BRILLIANT!
This was not possible without his co-star Anita Raj. If people thought she was too loud for a mother then I recommend them to watch today's episode. The Anuja we have been watching was not the real one, today we saw the real Anuja; a mother who yearned for years for that one voice and word maa'. Today I understood why contemporary actors want to work with senior actors, because they get to learn a lot from them. They are right. Their earned experience and sheer talent reflects in their acting and Anita Raj proved that she belongs to one of the best senior actresses. EXCELLENT!
Undoubtedly, one of the best mother-son scenes ever...
Anita Raj and Iqbal Khan, take a well-deserved bow... 👏👏👏
Again, I want to say a lot but sometimes the less said the better. Watch and feel the episode!

Favorite scenes/dialogues:
Obviously it is the entire episode with special mention to the mother-son reunion.

Main Kabhi Batlata Nahin
Par Andhere Se Darta Hoon Main Maa
Tumhari maa ke chunaari protected you from having nightmares...

Yun To Main, Dikhlata Nahin
Teri Parwaah Karta Hoon Main Maa
You have that chance now to show how much you care for your mother...

Bhej Na Itna Door Mujkko Tu
Yaad Bhi Tujhko Aa Naa Paoon Maa
Woh khud door chale gayi thi lekin har waqt tum uske yaadon mein thi...

Kya Itna Bura Hoon Main Maa
Ek baccha apne maa ke liye kabhi bura nahin ho sakta...

Tujhe Sab Hai Pata Meri Maa
Ek maa hamesha sab pata hoti hai...

Anshuman, aaj tum bhi keh sakti ho: Mere paas maa hai

June 6 - Maa

There is nothing greater than a mother's love'

Anuja
The moment this mother has been waiting for was finally about to happen. She would get back her son, her Anshuman.
Anuja is reluctant ,somewhere afraid ,what will be her kids , reaction and she potrayed beautifully and it all went very subtle and trying to runaway from herself again
Its about people who just goes on harping this step word as seen in real life where most of the time child suffers . Here Lavanya ,listening to people ,is trying to keep off all step nonsense away from her and convincing herself .
Paakhi
There a mother is reunited with her son and here a mother is running away from her son. Not per se from her son, but by deciding not to come back to her husband she is also punishing her son. A father can give almost everything to his child except for one thing: the love of a mother. Iss liye Paakhi, wapas aajo and do not let Ayaan become another Anshuman.

here agree with you , she let Anuja come out of her bitter past and helped her to shed her fears and meet her children . But on the other side Pakhi is doing the same to Ayaan and Anshumn ,ds deserves a chance to prove himself . yesterday was watching January episodes and when its the last day of challenge with Ayaan , called in his school and she has trust in ayaan, I think in that scene she tells Ayaan if trust is broken its not easy to mend it back if some one repents with his herat about his mistake then we should forgive him ans that trust can be nurtured again . Then Why Pakhi wants to runaway ,yes she is still in inner turmoil about stigma could not forget it as it surfaces its head now and then . But would love to see Pakhi with her thought process with Ayaan .
This is such an episode that cannot be described in words but needs to be felt... Iss liye, I won't say much except for this:

Yes it was explosive episode whivh you can not describe in words but can feel the emotions

It was totally Anshuman And Anuja,s episode where both bring out the best in each other . Anshuman realizes she is his mother and he softly calls Maa and just everything came to stand still . Anuja still in turmoil scared of facing her son and wants to meet him and then Anshuman softly coming to her and ,the flood gates of emotions opens . Loved Anshuman,s dialogues and both mother son reunion . I just found this whole sequence subtle and done with no melodrama.

Thiis is my first show with Iqbal , he is versatile actor , he does not have to be dramatics with his expressions , he sails through smoothly and i am no kind of fan but really impressed with his acting skills . So many emotions and in different phases of his life . Never i was disappointed . Anita Raj has done some beautiful movies , she is seasoned actor and loved her reluctance and her tadap its your wird , for his son .

Just liked reading your above one liners from the song Maa and connecting them to Anshuman and goes well , as a child he must have felt the same . None can take mother,s place and now Pakhi soon will be going in the same phase where she has left Ayaan .
