By bringing the divorce paper back he would show the world that he tried but yet she denied, so he will be that still good guy but now that Pakhi has says and if he doesnt take her with him and it reaches the press somehow he will be screwed!
Being a village, it's very normal for the village to attend a wedding. And in this case, they have been waiting for 18 years for the groom to come for the bride. So, it's a happy occasion for them especially since its P who convinced everyone to put aside their anger at the delay.
At most villages, all the people are united as one and stick with each other no matter what! that's the beauty of a village! Since P is also the very famous tour guide, which the whole village is very proud of and everyone is waiting for her wedding to occur it makes sense for all of them to present especially when its a small village.
As for A, well he didn't know what to do. His innate desire to appear good forces him to keep quiet and not reveal his objections. It also questions his intention to get married to Tanya. Maybe she is just a business deal.
A really did not have a choice over the fact that if somehow his first wife had agreed to come with him he was the one who rejected this news was leaked his good guy image would be destroyed once and for all! Right now I am also having vibes that Tanya is a business deal because Mr.Rana looks like a rich man! OR what I am thinking it is a business deal from both sides!
It's not like A will ever see these people in the village ever again, but yet he found it very difficult to reveal his intentions. He didn't lie, he just wanted to be good in front of the villages and P. It wasn't a calculated move.
HIs main issue is his Asia-sized ego, He cannot and cannot have anyone think bad of him, he lives his life for compliments and just to expand his ego. That is why he was revealing the truth to them thinking they will not accept him and P will have to sign the divorce paper no matter what!
I don't think P is compromising, she is just accepting her husband for who he is. Very level headed & mature if you ask me. She has no desire to change the man she married into someone who agrees with her all the time.
I explained to the other person to I should have said what I meant by compromise..she is going to be the one that is going to make people give in to her! Sooner or later A is also going to give in to her for he will realize that she is making him look like a ever better man than before!
