The episode begins with Disha sitting in the green room for makeup
with the ugly, old hag Sanya giving instructions to the make-up guy
to get Disha's make-up done. Sanya shows a sample photograph of a
semi nude model to the make-up guy and tells him where all she wants
the foundation applied on Disha's body. Disha is obviously very
awkward and petrified and when she sees the sample photograph, her
face turns white with fear.
Outside, DK is standing with Taj and the preparation is going on for
the shoot to begin. DK is very quiet and looking extremely lost and
uneasy. Just then, he overhears two spot boys talking to one another
about the shoot and one of them says that he came especially on his
off day to see this shoot as it is one of "those" types where the
model is naked. DK closes his eyes in fury and cluthes his fists
trying to control himself. Taj who is standing nearby gets very
awkward and shuts those two guys up. Just then one of the ad-campaign
managers comes and meets up with Dk and says that the campagin is
already creating a buzz in the market and that DK is truly an
entreprenuer to think of such a bold theme for his diamond line. DK
who is looking more and more lost and uneasy does not pay any
attention, then that guy comments in a very lewd manner that the girl
who is doing the campagin must be really bold and not of a very high
moral standard that she has agreed to model for this campaign. DK
gets a frozen, dead look in his eyes as he listens to this. DK goes
away from that place and stands near the green-room, just then the
make-up man comes out and comments to another guy that the model for
this campaign is really hot and he just happened to put make-up on
her body. The other guy congratulates him in a very lewd manner and
then the make-up guy says that he is awaiting the second phase of the
campagin when the model will be literally nude. Both the guys laugh.
DK closes his eyes tightly on hearing this and takes a deep breath
and goes and sits in a chair nearby with the long-lost expression on
this face again.
At the Bhosale house, the drama on marriage continues with Ranu
insisting on having a Court Marriage and the rest of the gang yakking
about family honour ect. ect. Finally Suhas says that they will speak
to Anupam and ask him his opinion. Anupam is very upset over this
development & says that Inder is his only son and that it was his
dream to see him married in a grand manner. Inder says that it
doesn't matter how the wedding takes place, more important is that
the Bhosale have to pay off the loan and that he is agreeing with
Ranu on marrying in court. Everyone is very overwhelmed and Anupam
also supports his son's decision. After a while Inder and Gautam are
sitting alone and Gautam says that everyone is feeling really bad
about Ranu and Inder getting married in a Court and that after
Vijendra's death & Disha's surprise marriage, they had thought that
Ranu and Inder's marriage would bring some happiness and celebration
in the house. Inder gets very upset on the mention of Disha's name
and tells Gautam in a very agitated manner that he doesn't care for
celebrations or happiness, he just wants to get married to Ranu,
anywhich way. Gautam notices Inder's expressions and asks him if he
is really happy iwith the marriage and if is mentally prepared for
it. Inder is taken unawares and stumbles while replying, then manages
to say that he is doing what is right for everyone. Gautam gently
replies back that is he doing what is right for himself, for which
Inder's face gets blank.
At the shoot, as a tense and awkward looking DK waits outside with a
host of people (Sanya, Taj, the Photographer and some other chaps),
Disha comes into the room with her eyes downcast and her face
shameful. She is shown clad in a black-satin shawl type of a thing
(or was it a bedsheet?) and her legs which are uncovered till her
knees are bare. There is a collective gasp from two or three guys
standing behind and Sanya is shown smiling victoriously while Taj has
a "Wow, today is my lucky day.......will be seeing my boss's wife
nude!" kind of a look. Two of the Corporate honchos who are standing
besides DK give a cheap, lusty look at Disha while DK is unable to
look at her. He continues sitting with his eyes looking at the floor.
Then with a resolution, he looks at Disha and clutches his hands on
the handle of his chair as if he has resolved to go ahead with this
shoot even if he dies out of shame at the end of it. He keeps looking
at Disha without a trace of emotion on his face but his eyes are full
of guilt and shame.
The photographer readies his camera & tells Disha to pose, Disha
refuses to look up and keeps clutching the black bed-sheet type of
thing she has covered herself with and her eyes are constantly down
cast. The photographer keeps insisting on her looking up and taking
off the shawl, but Disha does not move. She has a petrified,
frightened and shameful expression on her face and is frozen where
she is. Sanya gives her a catty look & goes to her and tells her to
look at the Camera. Sanya keeps insisting but Disha refuses to look
up. Frustrated Sanya screams on her infront of everyone and tells her
that no one is interested in her face, it is her body which has to
model. She moves back and stands near DK's chair and then again tells
Disha to remove the cloth. Taj has a "Oh, come on remove it, make my
day" kind of an eager expression and all the other men have the same
curious, lusty expression on their face. DK keeps staring at Disha
with a burning intensity and as he notices tears in her eyes (she
still does not look up.....gutsy female!) he remembers her slap, then
he remembers Vijendra's insult and then he remembers Disha's sigining
of the agreement. He keeps looking at Disha and a myraid of emotions
come across his face as anger, hatred, guilt, love, desperation,
humiliation and smypathy plays across in his eyes (Ashish should get
an Oscar for potraying DK.....seriously) Then he looks at Disha and a
deep, soft emotion comes in his eyes.
As the photographer raises his voice again and tells Disha that time
is being wasted and tells her to remove the cloth she has on, DK
tells him to stop. Everyone is stunned in the room (brilliant scene!)
and for the first time Disha looks up and looks at DK and no one
else. Everyone is quiet for a moment, DK looks at Disha who is
looking at him with the most relieved look on her face, DK averts his
eyes from her and tells Taj that he doesn't like the background of
the room and that he wants it changed. Taj has a "Oh, there he goes
again" and tries to reason it out with DK who has a stubborn look on
his face and says that he wants the background changed. Sanya who is
furious by nown, controls her temper and tries to convince DK by
saying that he was the one who finalised the background and it the
best type for this shoot (some chrome background or something, Cheeku
will know best!) and it will take a day or so to get it changed. Taj
too agrees with Sanya. DK has by now gotten up and dismisses everyone
and turns and gives a cold look at Sanya and Taj and tells them that
he doesn't care a damn about the cost or time, he wants the
background changed and the shoot will resume only after that. He says
that he wants just one perfect shot and he doesn't care how much time
it takes to get it. He then announces "Packup" with finality.
Disha keeps looking at DK with a grateful expression and tears well
up in her eyes as she is saved from a public humiliation (at least
for now) DK walks out of the room without looking at Disha. Everyone
in the room is stunned by DK's decision..........

DISHA.....BUT HE FORGETS THAT THE RULES OF A GAME CAN CHANGE AND THAT
TODAY HE MIGHT BE THE CAT, TOMORROW HE CAN BE THE MOUSE! (BUT WHAT AN
INCREDIBLY SEXY MOUSE HE WILL BE)
DISHA IS PLAIN LUCKY.......I MEAN SHE WAS SAVED FROM MARRYING INDER,
THEN SHE GOT MARRIED TO THIS FILTHY RICH, SUPER SEXY DK WHO HATED
HER, NOW SHE HAS DK FALLEN IN LOVE WITH HER, SHE LOST HER FOSTER
FATHER, THEN FOUND HER REAL ONE, SHE WAS TRAPPED IN THIS MODELLING
NONSENSE, AND HER TORMENTER HIMSELF SAVES HER.............WELL, WHAT
CAN I SAY, BUT SOME GIRLS HAVE ALL THE LUCK IN THE WORLD.
SANYA IS UGLY, FAT, OLD AND USELESS.......AND IF DK DOES NOT KNOW
THIS BY NOW, HE WILL PRETTY SOON.
TAJ IS A BRAT......NEVERTHELESS CUTE...........NO HARM IN WANTING TO
