My Take on Tumhari Disha - May 24th '05

After it rained romantic scenes in TD last week it rained cats and dogs in my place along with a duststorm and hence there was no power and no cable as well on monday. I did not do a late night dekho of TD also as going by the way TD is going nowadays I knew i will end up getting a heart ache. Anyways I did watch TD yesterday and will provide a joint take for Mon and tues (of whatever that I read and saw).

Thanks vidya0906 and jingle for the updates. Also i did get a few PMs asking for my take. It feels nice to be missed.

Well my prediction on fri turned out to be rite when I said that DK has decided to be tyag ki murti (god of sacrifice) and he has decided to make Dish hate him. But DK is a zombie. Am sure Sum wud be equally happy (if not more) if she comes to know that Dish is her bahu. I really don't understand what is going on in DK's mind. On one hand he decides to get away from Dish and on the other hand he warns Ved to stay away from her. What does he want. Has he become confused ?? My only answer is DK is non-decided himself. He cannot get 2gether with Dish for now (i hope Sum does not give any kasam vasam to DK to be with Pori on her death bed) nor has he completely let go of his feelings for Dish. So this am neither here no there attitude from him. get ready to see the old DK. Am sure he wud be back with a vengeance. btw dk babu PoA is with Ved. Why are u interfering in his work ? Am sure u really don't have any right. As of now Ved must be having papers for PoA for Dish as well as DK. anyways this has become one big legal mess.

and Ved he sounded sincere yesterday saying that he wud remain a friend of Dish but has he been a good bro ? He has once again misunderstood DK on the basis of just seeing (he saw DK with Pori last week). Where has all the camaraderie lost ? He claims to understand Dish but his own bro..sorry state of affairs....and he was the one who made Dish understand that she loves DK (bangle scene and others) and is now claiming that he loves Dish. But then to give him the benefit of doubt Dish has never told clearly that she loves DK to him except for the I love my pati stuff. (remember when she was abt to admit Sum fainted and they both rushed out).

Poor Dish must be really confused as to what has hit DK. He was goody goody till the last few days and now suddenly he has taken a U turn. But yes, I really appreciate the fact that she still wants to speak with him and yes she shud make an effort of finding out what realy happened ??!!!

Indy....he has become a true stalker now..overhearing everyone's conversations....and making everyone's life a hell...his dad Anupam shud put some sense to his brain (am sorry i think am mentioning something which is not present)..

Gargeee......she lights up the screen whevever she comes. Comedy with Villainy....she does that nicely...i was in smiles when she invites Suk to occupy the next cell and invites Sanya for tea as well..thoda sa overboard but then ok ..serials mein sab kuch chalta hai..(Translation: slighly overbeard but then ok for a serial)

mink,chilly how is the tayyari for the e-swayamvar going on ..after shaadi on sets of TD it is the turn of e-swayamvar ??!!! btw need one info on what basis is the selection happening ?? and Lata dear u have become baaraati (guy's side) ?? Nanad (Sister In Law - Groom's sis) of the girl is it ??? arre hum ek di kya thode absent rahe aur apne DK babu shaadi karne chale...(Translation: I was just absent for one day and u ppl have started preparing for the marriage ??)

QUESTIONS

Is Sum really suffering from cancer ?? (or has Pori changed the reports ??!!) Will Ved really marry Dish ? Was the promo of Dish shooting some one a promo of what is to come or a teaser ? When will DK get a makeover ? Will Dish also misunderstand DK ?
• When will Rano get to know abt her hubby's fantasy ?

Oh, the Swayamvar Preparations are going on in full-swing, the Coordianting Committee is working day and night to get things in place, after all, hamare DK ki Shaadi hai, kisi aire gaire ki nahin (read Inder😉)

Asianprincess and Lalgulab are already donning on their best dresses and gearing up for the Competition in full blast!

Yipeeeeeeeeee, I feel like singing, Mere yaar ki shaadi hai......mere yaar ki shaadi hai😃

I was wondering where were u yesterday. I always wait for your take on the episodes. They make interesting reads.

Well TD is going to the dogs. All the characters have suddenly become so lifeless. DK god alone knows what has got into him. And like u said, very soon we will see the old DK back. Yesterday started getting some glimpses of that. He was berating Ved like anything but when Ved said Suhas has put forward Disha's proposal to him, he became chupp.

And Ved has already started acting like Disha's hubby. He is actually telling DK not to call up Dish or even come near her or touch her from now on and that too in front of her he is telling all this. She is listening quietly to all this. And that Gautam-Sanya wedding, "palak jhapakte unka shaadi bhi ho gayi".

The only saving grace is Gargi. Her acting is just superb. Brings lighter moments into the show. BTW Pori is missing since Mon. God knows where she is gone?

I strongly believe that pari has done the mischief ,but from where did she get the brain for it because she lacks one ,the great guhas might show dk coming to know the truth on the day of disha' marriage.

vedanth is ready to marry even disha will agree according to the new promo ,but lets wait and watch as ashish has told that there is going to be another major twist ,i have already got a sprain in my neck because of this twists and turns.😕

mostly disha might accidently him dk later in the hospital a make over😆

yes ofcourse vedanth will get injured and disha will think dk is behind it and she will think that dk has not changed ,he is the same selfish man😕

rano will surely come to know ,let me give the credits of this to sukanya and sanya both mom-in-law and daughter in law will do it jointly😆

Thanks, Swathi! Like always, a very good take on a very bad episode. I honestly don't like watching the show anymore cuz your takes & others' updates are much better than the real thing, minus DK though 😉

Anyway, I agree. What is happening to DK?! First, he gives Ved the PoA and now he goes off on him!! I'm not too happy with Ved these days cuz of the reasons you mentioned. He can't seem to look at DK's love but obviously sees his betrayal.

BTW I'm hoping that Disha doesn't just believe what others tell her.. I would like for her to confront DK.. like the old Disha would have

Excellent take of a weird epi. there is no link........ they have all the facts so jumbled up. Gosh! got sania & Gautam married in a jiffy! Inder, has completely lost it! Ved, our ever faithful Laxman, don't know what is wrong with him!

oh yes jingle, forgot about it. she has to get ready for the D-Day. I hope just before the actual rituals start a Chaplinesque-like party will take place wherein everyone tries to throw something on someone but it actually lands on another and pori's face gets splashed with palak ka saag🤢 and sum will become all 😡😡😡 seeing her and DK will actually run off with Dish after giving Ved and Inder the . I know I am talking like as if my screw is loose but seeing this serial makes one mad.

Missed your take yesterday....I heard that there was a big hailstorm where you live. My brother was talking to me over the phone and was actually describing the heavy rain as it was gushing thro the roads. He aslo mentioned about the hailstorm....😭I was literally crying as in my place, it is burning hot, temp reaching 41😡

• will ved marry dish???absolutely not, i really don't think dish will ever agree 2 this............besides she is still married 2 DK.............& b4 any marriage there will have 2 b a divorce saga which could go on 4ever..........
• the shooting looks more & more like a teaser...........i mean i still cannot come up with a reason for dish having a gun in the 1st place & then shooting either Indy/dk...........besides ashish logged on yesterday & mentioned that we r really going 2 like the new twist.........unfortunately as i was sending him a PM 2 get more info, he logged off............
• as 4 dk's makeover, i don't think its necessary.........i really wouldn't want his appearance 2 change............but i am looking fwd 2 him changing back in2 the old dk............hopefully he then sorts every1 out, 1 by 1..........
• as 4 rano, i am beginning 2 sympathise with her having married such an idiot..........poor thing is going 2 b so heart broken....but u know what she only has suhas 2 blame..........people cannot b forced in2 marriage, no matter how good ur intentions...........& 2 top it all suhas is now doing it again with dish...........when will she learn???
