Episode Details - Update(S'pore) 6/7/06
Sur is still bent trying to get aashirwaad n forgiveness frm Kaamna. Kaamna is confused. She starts to give her aashirwaad but remembers the pandits words abt her bieng a bad luck to the family. DK comes and makes Sur stand up. He says she doesn't need to do that. I missed a part aft that and saw when they were cutting the cake. Its some woerd looking yellow and red cake!
Then PK comes in and tells DK and everyone abt the truth of Sur's kundali and what kind of bad luck she'll bring to the house and happiness. Pandit Vyas comes. PK wants him to tell truth to all. Pandit Vyas has be bribed by Bubbles and paise ki laalaj mein he lost his imaan and told lies. He told that Together with power, Surily will bring in wealth to this family.PK tells its all lies and that Sur is bad luck. DK obviously cannot control his anger and anymore ans yells at PK and gives him one tight slap across his cheek. Altho it looks moee like a slap across his temple!
PK looks surprised and shocked at DK. DK says he cannopt tolarate anymore of his nonsense and that PK has no right to interfere in such matters. He's a friend and should remain in the limits of a friend. PK feels extremely humiliated. He walks out quietly of the house. While wlaking outside the house, he rembers the time when Disha and DK were living in his hse and Disha singing. It was that episode where DK was drinking to no end and Disha was singing. PK also remembers all the times spent with DK and aft 25 yrs he saw DK and hugged him on the road.
Kaamna and Suhas come out and meeyt PK. Kaamna apologises to PK on Sehgla Sahaabs behalf. PK says Kaamna is Dishabhens parchaayi(shadow) He says even Disha used to cover up DK's mistakes by apologising on his behalf. Suhas says Kaamna fills up Disha's absence. Kaamna tells PK to ferget everything and come back. PK tells who am i to forgive? I am no one, he says and leaves.
Inside, Dk tells everyone to get back to the party. Dhan comes and asks his Dad what is happening. He says he has givene evryone choot(freedom). Dhan says he feels suffocated and wants to go out with Surily and wants to bring Veer and Bebo(Dhruvi) along as well. DK says do as you like as tdy is ur day and the most imp day of ur life.
Suhas coems and says that even thoh times have changed, we still follow traditions. In our family, whenever there is an auspicious occasion, we always go to the mandir. She says she wants the kids to go to the Mandir. Dhan refuses. DK says just go and since the madir is just on the way, thy can go and seek God's blessings and then go whereever they want. Dhan hesitantly accepts.
Surily starts to object when Bubbles stops her. She tells her quietly that She has only been engaged, not married yet. Bubs asks Sur to play along and that once she is married, then she can do whatever she likes. Sur agrees in the end. DK says Suhas will accompany them to the mandir.
At the mandir. Suhas gives aarti ki thaali to Sur and asks her to handle it properly. Sur syas she knows very well how to with defiance in her voice.
And then sweetly says she knows how. Sur, Dhan, Veer and Dhruvi climb up stairs first. Sur asks them if Suhas is their grandma. Dhruvi says she's not our dadi netheir our Nani. Dhruvi says she's our Dad's dead wife's mother. Sur is susprised why they are giving respect to someone not even realted to them. Dhan says if there is anyone he respects aft his dad, its his Big Mom(Suhas).
All climb up stairs.They show a girl prayign to God. She asks God to show her a way if not she'll have to commit suicide. I think she's preetha.
Veer goes back down cuz he forgot money in the car. Preetha also turns arnd just in time and sees Veer's turned back, she knows its him and runs aft him. While running, she knocks into Sur who is holding the thaali and it falls to the floor. Suhas hopes this is not some bad omen.
