Oh no! he's not Chandra Chur Singh. i don't knw this actors name but he had started his career at the time when only Doordarshan was there. he's avery old actor & used to look very quiet in his younger days, though he still looks nice, but that time he had avery likeable, boy next door mummas like him kind of a face. 😳
