Sneha Namanandi on Tujhse Naaraz Nahi Zindagi

The story will narrate the story of how an ordinary girl turned into a naxalite...

Good looking actor Sneha Namanandi, who has moulded her acting skills with her stints in shows such as Gumrah, Confessions of an Indian Teenager, Halla Bol and Heroes will now make her presence felt on &TV's Tujhse Naaraz Nahi Zindagi.

Sneha will portray the role of Lalli, a girl in Jharkand who progresses from being an ordinary girl to a naxalite.

The story will narrate how Lalli fought against all odds to bring justice to her father by protecting his land which was used for farming and in the process to over power, joined a naxal group.

We contacted Sneha who confirmed stating, "I am doing the show because the concept and the story is out of ordinary and exceptional. This episode will be a visual treat for all viewers."

India ratings: BARC releases first data

New ratings system - BARC

India's new television ratings system, Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) has published its first official data.

According to ratings for Week 16 of 2015, Star Plus remained top 495 GRPs - but slightly lower when reported by TAM previously, which was at 545 GVMs. Colors was a close second with 441 GRPs. Life Ok took third place with 366 GRPs and ZEE TV slipped to fourth with 311 GRPs.

The next tier consisted of SAB TV with 262 GRPs, Sony Entertainment Television Asia next with 234 GRPs and &TV with 107 GRPs.

Sony Pal reported 40 GRPs.

Shivangi Desai next onTujhse Naraaz Nahi Zindagi!

The show will discuss the grave issue of surrogacy...

Amongst honor killing, rape and other violent crimes women face in our country, there is one topic which exists predominantly but not many shows bring it to light.

We are talking about the serious issue of surrogacy.

Featuring the good looking Shivangi Desai, the upcoming episode of Tujhse Naraaz Nahi Zindagi will narrate the story of a gynecologist who helps a victim bust a surrogacy racket which her doctor who encourages the practice.

We contacted Shivangi who said, "I am not allowed to talk about the story but I find the character very strong and that prompted me to take up the show. All I can confirm as of now is that I essay the role of a doctor."

We await for Shivangi to sizzle in the episode scheduled to telecast the following week.
