Seems like the entire investigation is leading back to Kalyani only, thanks to Sunita. So adoption application will be rejected LOL. Commissioner doesn't care that much about KalMa's adoption of Moksh, she just wants Kalyani to surrender herself. If Commissioner finds concrete evidence sooner, then Kalyani doesn't have to surrender herself, she can just arrest her LOL. Fairly sure that the case will blow up in her face and Commissioner will arrest her before the adoption process is complete.

According to the BTS, Kalyani is not in jail, so not sure how she will be prevented from going to jail at this point.

In my opinion, I think KalMa should have made AnuSar adopt Moksh.

For Moksh they would have united even if they still maintain a bit of differences.

This case in which Kalyani is trapped and the enquiry commission on Malhar is going to endanger the adoption process with KalMa.

Instead making AnuSar adopt Moksh would have smoothened the adoption process, brought the older couple together again and kept Moksh intact in the family.

Kalyani instead of surrendering could have kept up her investigation either with Anu or with Malhar

That's a really good idea...as a lawyer Anupriya should have known this but ofcourse where will she keep her ideas when her head is filled with gobar 😅🤣

It was false allegation. since Avni is not there any more, it means Sarthak's name is cleared, isn't it.
