Just suppose that Malhar agrees to her request and doesn't arrest her. Then there is every chance of him being arrested for aiding and abetting in the drugs case. AnuYani obviously cannot stop that.
So that would also spoil the adoption process.
If not Kalyani, Malhar can be implicated.
This is a well laid trap where either one can take the fall.
So whoever becomes the goat, Moksh custody is gone.
That's why I felt AnuSar should have come together to retain Moksh in the family. They should have adopted him. Only in papers they would be his parents. The role could still be fulfilled by KalMa. Or else they could have legally transferred custody to KalMa after this was solved.
Drug case may be an issue for adoption which means it'll be an issue for KalMa as well. Cause in today's episode, drugs are found and next episode, Kalyani is trying to get rid of the drugs. So Kalyani is implicated. Also, in the BTS, KalMa and the Commissioner are talking with Param. So maybe Anu will argue that US client could also done this to smuggle drugs into US.
