Honestly this seems the most logical and plausible explanation for all the drama that's unfolding...

It's basically organised crime...they like have a network of people in various positions of powe helping them conduct their illegal operations...this would make most sense to me too

Yep, and since Atharva knows always everything about everyone, he may have learnt this about her as well and they decided to team up and help each other unless.... unless they already knew each other before Menakshi's transfer in Aurangabad and have been lovers for a while.

I mean, it's quite a coincidence that, not too long after he shows up again in Kalma's life and discloses the truth of Pillu's paternity, these two women arrive as well and wreak havoc in the couple's life in their own way, even though they'd never met before.

I actually feel since drugs were caught in the Nal EMPORIUM factory and Kalyani is caught also trying to dispose of the drugs by Malhar, I feel she will be implicated in drug case and Commissioner will feel she is the drug peddler. I think Kalyani will ask Malhar not to turn her in for finding the drugs and he will not agree and do his duty. And this drug case may endanger adoption. But as I said before Anu will come with some proof and say it's innocent until proven guilty, etc and adoption agency will give time to prove the case. So since damage has been done, rather than surrendering, I think AnuYani will look for Sunita. But as I said, Sunita will backfire and custody will be lost.

High chances of it.

Kalyani herself was considering to surrender. She didn't even tell Anu about it.

So whether Malhar arrests her or not, they would still face the issue in adoption.

Ofcourse Anu might bring some theory to avoid her arrest.

Just suppose that Malhar agrees to her request and doesn't arrest her. Then there is every chance of him being arrested for aiding and abetting in the drugs case. AnuYani obviously cannot stop that.

So that would also spoil the adoption process.

If not Kalyani, Malhar can be implicated.

This is a well laid trap where either one can take the fall.

So whoever becomes the goat, Moksh custody is gone.

That's why I felt AnuSar should have come together to retain Moksh in the family. They should have adopted him. Only in papers they would be his parents. The role could still be fulfilled by KalMa. Or else they could have legally transferred custody to KalMa after this was solved.
