I am sure that though kallu will offer to be a surrogate and they may reach the verge of procedure something will happen and there won't be any child.

How will she fake her pregnancy? Won't KalMa realize that she is not pregnant after a few months? Is it something along the lines of she wants to hold the child hostage during the surrogate's pregnancy? Like the surrogate and the child will be in a location where only Sampada knows and if they want their child to be safe, they have to listen to her. Ofc Sampada would come up with a stupid plan like this. But according to spoilers, Kalyani finds out the truth so there will be an issue as to who the surrogate will be.

Anyways, I am also feeling like there is someone who's dictating terms behind the scenes. The same person who is blackmailing Swara, now these lawyers of Rachit suddenly come to defend his case even though he is "dead"? If he was really dead, the CVS could have made the commissioner say that Rachit's body was found but instead there is only an eye witness that says he fell of a cliff.

Feeling like this track will come to an end soon. There are only 1/2 things to be resolved - Mai's innocence and Pillu's fake illness. I'm sure that the reports were forged by Rachit and he didn't even tell Sampada about it.

KalMa wouldn't celebrate Mahashivarathi so grandly when Anu is going to jail - I'm sure they have a plan to prove her innocent.

Super curious about this and wanted to ask everyone, who is this mystery man that's pulling strings behind the scenes Rachit or a new villian? What do you guys think?

Cause someone had to have sent those lawyers to defend Rachit's case, they are doing it on their own. And someone is blackmailing Swara with those photos that only Asha and Ahir had.

Ahir aur Asha nhi ho sakte bcoz they are in jail. But they can use their brain even in jail. U never know but still we can outrule them bcoz they are better in execution rather than planning .

Chances of Rachit can b 100%. He has money and contact and now his motto is to make Kalyani' s life hell. Aise nahi toh vaise hasil karke rahunga. He obviously is thinking that Kalyani will tone down if he harms her mother. No one had seen his dead body . I dont know why anyone is not highlighting the fact . He is such a psycho that he even can fake his dead body.So chances of he being the mastermind is high. Bcoz kahi na kahi use vi pata hai ki agar sampu pakri gayi toh he will need a Plan B.

Atharav can be the mastermind too. Bcoz it was he who find out the phone and the gun and dono usne malhar ki absence mein Kalyani aur Anu ko diya.Why did not he give the mobile when he come to operate the Radio?

He came just in time when Swara was going to commit suicide.

Why did Swara check him by feeding him chilly .

He is the only one who knows the every move of Kalma . They are openly discussing their plans infront of Atharava. Even if he hates Sampada . Real Atharava will never want to go to jail. So pretending to b a baby and executing his plans is though risky but not tough for him.Usne do bar aisa kiya. Malhar ko vanak nhi thi par Sampu k sath najayez rishta vi rakha , vaga and comeback kiya, Moksh ki second custody k waqt vi usne vanak nhi padne diya that he actually wants them to get married toh Atharav ka chances vi hai....Uske pas toh mauka , motive sab hai

Whatever it is I just want the drama to end. I as m getting sick of this Rachit and Sampada with pillu illness. I mean how dare the lawyer said Kalyani was that psycho’s wife. That’s just disgusting.😡 Kalyani is only Malhar s wife and no one can change it. I wish somebody say that in the court. Kalyani Malhar Rane she was, is and will always be.

So I definitely think Atharva has his memory back and has been pretending to be Atharva beta to aviod jail. I think he saw an opportunity with Swara and he took it and married her ao that he can save himself down the line, he knows he can't pretend to be a child forever. In that regard, there are high chances that he is the one who is blackmailing Swara with those photos so that she says with him and develops a soft corner for him. Though how he got those photos from Asha and Ahir remains a mystery.

But he is definitely not the person who sent those lawyers to defend Rachit's case. Only someone wants to get revenge for Rachit's death would have sent those lawyers - doesn't seem like his colleagues in his company or his family (since they are not mentioned) wants revenge for his death so who sent these company lawyers out of the blue? I feel like my original theory about Rachit trapping Mai with his own death to get Kalyani is probably the most sensible scenario.

These new lawyers are just trying to create confusion for the judge who already thinks Anupriya is guilty so that the judge doubts Anupriya's motives. Making it out be a grab for property and money even if it is without proof it will create doubts.

As for the surrogate, I think SamChit since thye knew that Sampada can't conceive, have been planning to use a surrogate all along. So that they can hold the surrogate and the child hostage to control KalMa. Ofc they hoped SamHar wedding would happen first, but since Malhar is not budging and Rachit is supposedly dead, Sampada is still going through with that plan.
