Just watched the previous episodes. So Rachit has already confessed that the entire KalMa divorce- Kalyani's marriage to him- Malhar's phaansi was his plan and he used the naxals to execute it. Also Sampada told Kalyani that Malhar's kidnapping was Rachit's plan as well. So why is Rachit still not arrested in spite of him admitting his crimes and his association with the Naxals in front of an ACP and everyone else??He should be treated the same way as the other terrorists...

This is so because They have blackmailed Kalyani that Sampada will not give birth to the second child if she does not pretend to be Rachit"s wife or if she does not start a new life with Rachit . So she cant sent Rachit to jail bcoz of Pillu. Malhar could have easily drag him into the jail , but Kalyani did not let it happen. Malhar yuhi toh nafrat nhi kar sakta Rachit aur Kalyani ki shadi se yeh nafrat possible hai.Aisa unko lagta hai?( Kalyani, Sampada aur Rachit ko)
