After watching this episode, I'm sure that Malhar won't let this issue go so easily. Everyone thinks she's being blackmailed, I think they'll get the truth out of her. But I think when Kalyani tells him the truth, she won't tell him that it was Sampada that forced him to leave, she'll say that it was her idea to leave him so he can reunite with Sampada for the 2nd child.

Also, in terms of who can reveal Sampada's secret, I think it can also be Aparna, not just Atharva. Maybe Sampada told her mother at some point that she can never conceive again.

Once the truth is out to the entire family, I think everyone will accept that KalMa have to go their own separate ways until it is discovered that Sampada cannot conceive a child anymore and Pillu's illness is fake.

If last week was low, this week will be lower. Kalyani at least needs to tell Malhar by Wednesday/Thursday why she is doing this and SamChit have to reveal that Pillu's illness is fake, or else no one will watch this track.

But that bed is not on his side of the house!!!! That's the room where Rachit is staying. So I'm sure Kalyani said she'll be staying here will Rachit and sleeping on the same bed as him, something along the lines of that. Malhar probably lost his mind at that.
