So the epi starts with Masi hiding the letter. She thinks, neha is a problem, I have saved the pharma company hope Adi doesn't say anything.

At TH, Kanak is there with police, Uma asks, What police doing here. Kanak says, police is here to stop the naya saal ka naya plan. Kanak calls,Adi. Adi enters with two police man holding hom. Uma fumes seeing him. Adi tells him maturveda's owner is Nanda. Uma fumes, Adi says now she tries to steal your med formula. Uma clutches his shirt and says you are lying. But ved says no Adi is right. Uma sees the letter.

The letter falls down from his hand, he is heart broken, he is crying while lashes anger at her. Kanak comes and says this is her plan, your game is end now. Ved puts handcuffs on her.

Uma holds masi's hand when masi screams and opens her eyes, she says I was tired. I have lotsa work to do, uma says I have a good news to share.

Here, Adi collapses. Kanak says, stop doing the drama. The doc says, his bp is low, that's why he got faint. Kanak tells ved we have to think about another idea.

Uma leads Masi to the courtyard, there is cub, masi says, this cow,was infertile for long, how this happened, uma says this is the,result of my med, I have working on this cow since last 5 years, kanak comes, he shares the news with her. Shiv asks, you have always given your work to masi but now to whom you will give the med? Uma says, both are important parts of my life, but what's I am today only for you masisa so I want to give this to you, masi is happy

Masi to kanak : we both are going to celebrate new year, you will marry Uma, I will give you a dhamaka. Uma comes, Kanak says Masi is scared as her happiness doesn't catch evil eye. Masi tells Uma, now after 3 days you will be Kanak's wife...uma says but you will be important for me always, Kanak gets sad seeing Uma's love for Masi
