Palomi - wants Uma's trust, but what value will it have when Uma loves another? All her diligence has been disregarded but, Gita teaches that one should do without expectation of the fruit. Seems Palomi forgot this lesson and feels cheated. So soon she will try to beat fate though its too late.

Lessons apart - what is puzzling is thinks that she thinks Uma is like her Ishwar... So how come his choice is wrong? And how can he not see her truth & devotion?

Depends on the kind of trust or loves she wants form him...

US is very clear...his heart and mind are for his life partner...and she isn't more then a sharnagi...a guest in his house...

If her devotion was true, he would have noticed it...but as you wrote...her devotion wants something in return...so how can it be true then...

I think you are right. She is saying she just wants "trust" , but her wants and wishes would not stop there. Clearly she wasn't thrilled that Kanak stayed and is willing to make K's life difficult to make her go away maybe?

hiya anjana... interesting thought.. thing is not much has been seen about their relationship.. I reckon he trusted her a friend.. makes me wonder , what ever did he talk to her about.. yes she has latched on to the word trust.. from what he said to her on the beach in front of kanak.. personally Palomi. had hoped for love from him.. seeing she was an attractive young ,sensible ,ward of US.. his type.. palomi possibly saw her self as a best for him! unfortunately for her US never saw her in that light... may be he wants her too compliant?? needing a bit of challenge! and found it kanak?
palomi just wants to be there in case he needs her... she hopes.. and still banks on his trust in her... covering his back!

He did specifically tell her that he lost his trust in her which was hurtful. What was weird was that he told her that he trusts Kanak now instead of her as though they held equal importance, Does that mean that he too considered her as a potential mate prior to meeting Kanak? He might have thought that she would make a good wife although he was not truly attracted to her because he later told Kanak that she was the first woman he liked. Palomi wants to win his trust back she says as she can't possibly say she wants his love now that he is married. I think she was a good person but is now slowly succumbing to jealousy and hurt.
