Kanak thought fast of the way she can get rid of this ''bakwas'' last ritual. Very clever to wear those bangles in her right hand👏 Thats the reason why US takes the burnmark on his right hand.

Indeed, Kanak is impressed by US. She yells ''no'' and looked away when he was burnmarked.
US did't yell at all. He was just looking at Kanak😲

I can't believe that such inhuman things happens in the name of religion in 2017😡

Besides his orthodox thinking and forced marriage deed which are wrong, I have to admit that he fulfills his duties as her husband. He is very carring towards her and does special little things for her. If Kanak leaves him, she will definitely miss these😆

Well in a serial everything can happen. Even falling in love with the person who forced you to a marriage😕

Very probable. She went "Nahiii" when he got stamped. He is imprinting himself on her memory banks if nothing else.

First, I don't understand how branding the wife was supposed to purify her in the first place...I mean why is it the wife that needs to be purified? How is this supposed to make her a completely acceptable part of her husband's family?...🤪
Second, that's all Kanak could come up with...wearing bangles? They could have easily been slid up her wrist to make room for the branding...😆

Third, neither of them should have been branded...but if one had to then let it be Uma. I don't see it as a sacrifice...it was his idea to have this pooja...let him bear the brunt of it. Taking the branding doesn't make him the hero all of a sudden. Doesn't he understand...nothing he does at this point holds weight with Kanak. As far as she is concerned...he is the Ravan who kidnapped her and forced her to get married to him. She wants to see him in jail.

If I was in her shoes...I wouldn't feel any sympathy for Uma either. Nor would I care if he bore the brunt of any crazy ritual he would want to perform in the name of religion.
