Yes I do remember that surya namaskar scene from Kerala.. she did call him hot, but still that was from far off, today it was in front of her and she just didn't care much. Attention is highly focused on just retrieving the papers, itni sexy body even couldn't make her lose focus. She is just like a kid, one thing at a time. First she wants the papers and then she would explain US in detail what ever she wants to convey to him 😆

I really love the kid Shiv, he is the one who actually plays Cupid between them. Giving winks and ideas that make US shy 😆

US has a long long way to go and he needs to start talking to her. This silent relationship needs communication.

A good sense of humor requires a high level of intelligence so I always look forward to meet these types of people. I like seriousness, but I like to have fun from time to time. If we take always the things too seriously, we might as well go crazy. Sadly, here on IF many of the funny comments are labeled as bashing...

Speaking of Kanak and Uman, there is definitely attraction on a physical level from her side as we could pick up in the first episode and even now it was subtly suggested by how the camera was focusing on him, but I think she will not let this to overpower her hatred that she developed for him, or to distract her from the final goal which are the papers. If this was a book, then we could have read how Kanak dismisses from her mind any attraction toward him, fighting this attraction, but since it is a TV show they can't get into such details.

@Blue - I don't think Uma is oblivious about Kanak's erratic behavior. Maasi is most definitely suspicious. He too is not sure what to make of it. As he states he does not understand her. She is running away. Gifting him...not gifting him! Refusing to tell her name -but, lepping him! Likely he is going with the flow. Reacting as needed. Shiv also picked up on the change in Kanak. So they are overall perplexed but, going with it.

Life should be a blend of equal amount of fun with tad bit of seriousness. Too much drama is never appreciated. It's actually the intelligence of the reader that matters otherwise one can't figure out what is sarcasm or irony or funny.
Well I do enjoy a healthy discussion, but I do draw an imaginary line that shouldn't be crossed be it in funny or serious manner. Bashing is extremity of either kind. But one should be open to good sport always.

Physical attraction is sidelined for now, although we did get to see shirtless Uma Shankar but Kanak is yet to have a self thought. She called him hot earlier but today he was right in front of her, yet no camera zoomed on her. She has a single thought at a time approach, she is not a conniving mature woman, who can plot through several things at once. She is a kid, she takes it one thing at a time.
Although she might be attracted but still she won't go in that direction because she wants to go back and escape the ravaaan anyhow.

I am anxiously waiting for 5 day retreat from the mad house where US and Kanak has some "personal time". Not in a romantic way but a start toward platonic acquaintance.

He might not be oblivious but he doesn't understand either. He asks her to explain but she doesn't.
He has asked her time and again but she hasn't replied coherently yet. He assumes stuff from her silence. Which is twisting things in their own course.
And as you said, he is taking things as they happen and reacting too.
