Also about Hemraj, his body was dragged to a place on the terrace which cannot be seen from an adjacent terrace. Plus a cooler cover was kept on his body.
Clearly the idea was to hide Hemraj's body and thereby the fact that he was murdered too.
Perhaps the call to H.'s cellphone was made at 6 am, just to make sure that it is not on the terrace. It is clear the terrace door was locked *only* to hide H's body. A cellphone ringing in the terrace would only invite unwanted attention from neighbours. The idea was to setup a scenario so that people think that H. had committed the crime and had run away. He did not answer the phone as he was probably on the run. This theory fits better than the explanation given by the CBI.
Now who would benefit by putting the blame on Hemraj??
I mean for krishna, rajkumar and mandal it makes no difference since arushi's body would have anyway been discovered.

Also there was a bunch of hair in hemraj's mouth when his body was discovered and also a bite mark on his skin. The hair would have conclusively proved who the killer is, but it was not collected to be examined forensically and he was also cremated in a hurry.
The question is why were both arushi and hemraj cremated in a hurry without properly examining them???
if this kind of evidence was overlooked then the Noida Police are more inept than I had ever imagined. At this stage since it is kind of impossible to find the real perpetrators I would not hesitate to arrest the cops investigating the case at the very start. To me they are the real criminals since they were derelict in their duty. If Dr. Talwar did not have any hair follicles missing from his body that morning he was clearly not involved in the crime and was held unjustly from the git go.
