Express India:

Vijay Mandal's remand has been extended to 3 more days in judicial custody. Vijay Mandal and his defence lawyers will appear in court on July 25.

A few matters were discussed (Mandal's defence lawyers fire big guns)
1) No evidence was found or proved against Vijay Mandal. No evidence was found against Krishna and Raj Kumar.
2) Mandal's test results should be made available to his defence lawyers.
3) Application of motion against CBI for forcing Mandal to lie that he had seen Krishna and Raj Kumar kill Aarushi and Hemraj.

I agree with you Shefali.. If murder happened with Khukri it would hv been a mess.. postmortem report clear said that the job was so neat that either this is work of  a Doctor or a kasai... CBI concluded it as Khukri because Nepali's use it.. it was convenient for them

and thanks for the Update.. 😊

These guys kept interrupting Rahul Gandhi's speech shouting and waving the letters, to the extent that the speaker had to adjuourn for an early lunch to end the pandemonium, and to stop Laloo singing the song from Dil Hi To Hai, "Tum aagar humkoh naa chaho toh koi baat nahi, tumm kissi aur koh chahogey toh mushkil hogi " to the opposition. 😃😃😃

CBI sent letters (Thos saboot) makes me wonder if thoses were sent out by CBI or the MP's send letters to themselves 😉😆 that Laloo songs is so funny and true... 😆

@Shefali - Agreed khukri's are more used for stabbing not cutting with precision. Whatever CBI is claiming why arn't they supporting with proofs, I mean there are 1000's of theories out there but none supported by appro. evidence. An now since CBI's focus is shifted, looks like this murder file will be open for ever or closed with wrong people being punished, hoping otherwise tho. and yeah thanks for updates.

Also about Hemraj, his body was dragged  to a place on the terrace which cannot be seen from an adjacent terrace. Plus a cooler cover was kept on his body.

Clearly the idea was to hide Hemraj's body and thereby the fact that he was murdered too.

Perhaps the call to H.'s cellphone was made at 6 am,  just to make sure that it is not on the terrace. It is clear the terrace door was locked *only* to hide H's body. A cellphone ringing in the terrace would only invite unwanted attention from neighbours. The idea was to setup a scenario so that people think that H. had committed the crime and had run away. He did not answer the phone as he was probably on the run. This theory fits better than the explanation given by the CBI.

Now who would benefit by putting the blame on Hemraj??
I mean for krishna, rajkumar and mandal it makes no difference since arushi's body would have anyway been discovered.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Also there was a bunch of hair in hemraj's mouth when his body was discovered and also a bite mark on his skin. The hair would have conclusively proved who the killer is, but it was not collected to be examined forensically and he was also cremated in a hurry.

The question is why were both arushi and hemraj cremated in a hurry without properly examining them???

if this kind of evidence was overlooked then the Noida Police are more inept than I had ever imagined. At this stage since it is kind of impossible to find the real perpetrators I would not hesitate to arrest the cops investigating the case at the very start. To me they are the real criminals since they were derelict in their duty. If Dr. Talwar did not have any hair follicles missing from his body that morning he was clearly not involved in the crime and was held unjustly from the git go.

This for me is the most million dollar question of them all......how did they get away with this???
Bodies involved in a murder investigation should be preserved for evidence.....
It is utterly unbelievable that they should have been cremated so soon.....

But then, which country are we talking about.....anything is possible if you have contacts and green hands.

I think they simply didnt want to solve the crime publicly.......for whatever reason........
but I bet they know who did it privately.....

Nupur Talwar has said that she usually kept the keys to Aarushi's room under her pillow. How did the killers enter Aarushi's room that night?
On that particular day the key was left in the lock. Nupur Talwar has told us that sometimes they used to leave the keys in the lock as they had become comfortable with Hemraj.

( On comeon what is the use of this system then if you are going to leave the key in the lock itself, it does not make sense. Ok they had begun to trust Hemraj but why was the key being left in the lock only sometimes and not always then?? What kind of a statement is this by Mrs T???)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And Mrs D's response when queried abt the disproportionately high no. of calls made to her phone from Ts phone is that - it were made by Mrs T using Ts phone! When Mrs T sat in another office than Ts how could she end up using Ts phone so many times? Mrs D is again offering a kids' lie !!
Besides Mrs T had her own phone at her disposal.

sometimes the truth is that way , we dont do evrything in our daily lifes logically :-) , In our flat also we have a key to the door to lock and unlock , so sometimes while sleeping we just lock it and sometimes just push the door and sleep . Daily life incidents are that way :-) . Yeah logically it is not right that if you wont lock then why keep the key . i
ts like for example buying somethings which we may never end up using . but now if there is a crime scene involved then a logical explanation cant be given if people ask if you dont use it then why did you buy  it . 😊 .

That key is needed for her parents to enter her room after arushi shuts the door but that key need not  have been left in the lock in the night, because after sleeping noone had any work in arushi's room, thats what i am saying.

were the keys to the parent's bedroom also left in the lock then that night or every night??

btw all 3 accused have been sent to judicial custody till 8th august because investigations are on.
