Why were the Malfoys forgiven???

Hello!!! everyone....😳

(The Malfoys were not taken to Azkaban: according to JKR's interview)

i was just wandering that why were the Malfoys forgiven???😕

Why were they not taken to Azkaban???

Draco was very bad but still he was young and not as bad as a Death Eater....he was forced to become aDeath Eater by Voldemort...so, Draco could be forgiven....even Narcissa could could be forgiven because she helped Harry out of the Forbidden Forest(although it was to find for Draco in the Castle)....BUT Lucius was a EVIL and a VERY BAD Death Eater.... so, why was he not sent to Azkaban????

I my opinion, he should have sent to Azkaban....😕

Well, yeah i agree that Narcissa was as mich evil as lucias was...

Then they both (in my opinion) shud have been send to azkaban or atleast punished in someway!!!

Lets talk about Peter Pettigre....if he can be punished (he was a rat for 12 years which was very hard for him, and atlast he dies, which are his punishments) then why wont Lucias be punished????

Peter is punished in the HP book because he betrayed his best friend and let them killed isnt it??? Then Lucias surely, also (i'm quite sure) betrayed any of his friends and let them killed!!!!

So if Peter is punished, why not Lucias???? or Narcissa?? Forget about draco, he isnt evil, but about this two?????

Yeah he definitely was an arrogant fellow like Draco was, but unlike him, Lucias was also a murderer which draco wasnt!!!

Well, if Peter is punished then lucias shud have been as well, or neither.

EVIL miss not a strong word 4 Lucius or Narcissa.....

They were Death Eaters, and none of them regreted being so....they were parents so, obviously they loved their son....BUT that does not mean that they stoped being Death Eaters or tried to help Harry..........😕

Narcissa might have been better than her sister, Bellatrixand even her husband but, she certainly was a terrible Death Eater and should have been sent to Azkaban with Lucius.........😡

You see when it comes to law, people tend to think since they have done a good deed, they?ve been redeemed. It may seem unfair considering the amount of havoc they must have caused (and we can only speculate on how big) before helping Harry. However, considering they are selfish (and many have pointed this out already) they would?ve used whichever method possible to stay out of Azkaban.

Pettigrew, Voldemort and Bellatrix died, yes but so did Sirius, Dumbledore and so many others from the good side. It?s not about being punished, it?s about how savvy one is to use what is at their disposal to stay out of prison. Sirius wasn?t so savvy, the Malfoys were. It just shows the rather corrupt nature of the system. Like our world, the Harry Potter world isn?t perfect and not everyone who deserves to be punished gets punished in the degree that they should be.

Personally, I wouldn?t have wanted any of the Malfoys to end up in Azkaban, simply because I want my Draco to be happy. 😃😛

Ya, I know that everything in this world or the HP isn't fair.......BUT that's what I meant, they should have recieved a little amount of punishment like a few months in AZKABAN......😳
