Shahid Kapur - finicky about his costumes

If there is an actor who is very particular about what he wears in films, it is Shahid Kapur .

Time and again we hear of Shahid Kapur arguing with his designer or director over what he should wear before the camera.

It happened during the making of Fool And Final when director Ahmed Khan gave Shahid baggy jeans for a dance number but the actor wanted to don a boot-cut. It was only after much persuasion that Shahid gave in to Ahmed Khan's demand.

And who isn't aware of the love-and-hate equation Shahid shares with his regular designer Shabina Khan.

Shahid and Shabina had many a heated argument while deciding his costumes in Jab We Met . For the song "Mauja Hi Mauja", Shabina wanted to give Shahid a short jacket but the actor wanted a long one. After a lengthy argument the two made a compromise and settled for a thigh-length jacket.

And now, the equation between Shahid and Shabina got further strained after a spat they had on the sets of Aziz Mirza's film Lucky Charm that has Shahid pairing with Vidya Balan .

Apparently, Shahid and Shabina did not agree over the actor's costumes in the film. During a shooting schedule in Filmistan Studios recently, the two had a verbal spat in Shahid's vanity van.

Shahid reportedly stormed out of his van in anger and looked sullen for the rest of the day's shoot. Shabina, on the other hand, skipped her pre-scheduled meeting with Shahid at a photo-shoot the day after.

Though in the past Shahid and Shabina have fought and soon made up, this time the spat appears a tad serious.
