Ok, From Some source I got this information, that in the day when toshi had been voted out and he lost to abhas, The original voting situation was something different. May some one else have been voted out. At that time it was decided (producer took the decission) that they will vote out toshi and will return him back with the help of wild card. I am not sure about this situation but I got the information that it had happened....
