The true game changer (alongwith Maine pyar Kiya) that totally transformed the hindi cinema screen, and also broke the monopoly of formulaic action movies which was going on for a decade throughout the 80s decade. 

Qsqt and Mpk were two such trend setting movies that gave birth to two full decades of romantic & musical films throughout in the 90s and 2000s
