Kapadia Empire - who belongs to??

Anuj was adopted & not Kapadia by birth. Mukku said their father had a business & Anuj built it up to an empire on his own after their parents passed. There is no legal diff btwn biological & adopted child.the name of the company is Anuj Kapadia or Kapadia Empire? Or did he just use his name AK as the logo while the company's name is Kapadia Empire, remember the company belong to their father. Senior Mr Kapadia.So it means these EXTRA Kapadia's can't do nothing, since it's not Kapadia Empire but it's Anuj Kapadia Empire.  in one episode, he told Anu that they separated and he paid back, infact it was like he gave his brother almost everything & started afresh, b4 he died. According to Mukku, it was a very small business their father left, it was Anuj who turned it into an empire in the US. So it means that kapadia empire only CA , mukku and Anupama and gk kaka
