Kapadia Empire - who belongs to??

Anuj was adopted & not Kapadia by birth. Mukku said their father had a business & Anuj built it up to an empire on his own after their parents passed. There is no legal diff btwn biological & adopted child.the name of the company is Anuj Kapadia or Kapadia Empire? Or did he just use his name AK as the logo while the company's name is Kapadia Empire, remember the company belong to their father.
