Nothing funny.....its an Indian tradition to put garlands and do tilak.....for any achievement.....My father in law used to do tilak for the kids on their birthdays......cake ka number baad mein aataa tha...๐

oh ok.๐ I suppose educational standards have advanced for BW kids, and they have actually started graduating from high school. ๐Previously, getting past 4th grade was the height of scholastic achievement.๐
