As if anyone pays attention to what random celebs feel it’s true. And it absolutely is NOT a “rich people disease.” What a thoroughly irresponsible & DAFT statement to make.

What nonsense! Don't know about a sickness then don't talk. People in villages believe in all sorts of superstitions and are misinformed about many sicknesses. This doesn't mean the sickness or problem doesn't happen to them.
