Assuming Maaya is proved as a fraud or as an unfit mother at any point in the future and AnujPama get the custody of CA or Maaya herself gives up her rights due to whatever reason they portray, what issues can be foreseen from AnujPama raising CA.

• Exposure to toxic shameless shahs - For me, this is the primary grouse with the couple that they are helpless and can never protect her Tamashahs. Mawaali Jhuli literally dislikes the child and her writ runs large. AnupaMaid is anyway beholden to them for life for reasons unknown and Simpnuj doesn't dare say a word to them; he's happier frolicking with his wife's ex whenever the opportunity arises and treating the despicable old hags as his own phemli. So how exactly are they going to shield CA from this and ensure she has a normal healthy upbringing even if they are given the benefit of having good intentions

• Anupamaa admitted that she could not give CA her keemti tame. Supposing, the custody issue is resolved, who's going to guarantee that she won't go back to tamashahs and slave for them, ignoring CA again. Their promises of sorting out their shit themselves are as unreliable as them and hold no value due to the entire clan being characterless and shameless to the core. 

Note: I'd appreciate if more points were added to see if there are any more serious problems and these be solely restricted to the couple and their situation with no mention of Maaya

Adding a couple of points more

• Anupamaa will turn CA into another unpaid maid of Shahs. This is something Simpnuj also has been shown to have apprehensions about. Anupamaa may take CA to shah shanty to get accustomed to abuse by jhule ki chudail and normalise accepting it under the guise of providing a family which the child craves (because that's the only way Anupamaa) knows. But this is not the family anyone deserves. She has already filled the child's head with her flawed mentality of bade hamesha sahi and seeing tamashahs in a good light even if they behave badly on the face. 
• In future, 3 defective Anuraj products may target CA as they will inevitably run out of money and loans and eye the K wealth assisted by the inc******s mother son duo. Choti will only be seen as a hurdle. So assuming Anuj Kapadia has worked a lot for his business, is he ready to give all his wealth to the three terrors so that they can squander it off while CA becomes someone who's completely dependant like Anupamaa

I just do not trust both of them to protect Choti Anu. She is safer back at the Orphanage in my opinion.

CA is next lead and will be exactly like anupama once grown big taking avuse by shahs and her hubby family as shes grown up with spineless parents maan 

It all comes teachings too - if parent says do not take abuse children stand up for themslves 

If parent says take abuse from elders and family and boss etc and keep quiet woman keep quiet 

In india most parents will teach take abuse from hubby or in laws(most asia) except few educated ones that are hardly 20%. Even they will not support sister or daughter or mother if they take stand against abuse 

Thats why woman keep quiet for eve teasing and everything in life 

In asia even law and police not raedy if woman go to compalint they say family matter or compromise its the same mind set of anupama and anuj that CA will learn

First shahs will never change 

Toshu and pakhi kids will be as batameez as their parents and trouble CA or her kids 

This will continue for generations 

Forget healthy upbrining if anupama 3 kids or their kids leave CA alive it will be a miracle as like vanraj they may target CA for buiness and money in future 

Mukku was a bit bit brave o got saved but CA is not bold as maan will tell her bend to Shahs always over her own happiness

Baa is a filthy woman, someday she will definitely belittle CA of not being Anuj Anupama’s own blood and being Maya’s daughter, because of Maya’s past

CA will learn and be conditioned to sacrifice her happiness, her wishes and precious time with her parents for Shahs, Shah kids and their happiness

The girl will become mature at an age when kids are generally carefree, infact she has already become like that, she is sacrificing her love for her parents because she feels they are fighting because of her, but they are fighting because of Anupama’s ignorance towards her own family and obsession with ex inlaws

Anuj needs to draw a line and give an ultimatum to the great Maa to choose and prioritize, not leave her three grown up good for nothing kids but prioritize, Anuj will be obviously hated for putting bechari Maa into dilemma but that’s what he can do best if he wants to raise this child properly and give her a ‘normal’ life

What Maya indirectly pointed out today at the start of the episode was how this family is so abnormal, doing tamasha at every instance, abusive and toxic which is all true

CA becoming manipulative like anupama

Becoming ill mannered and rude like Anupama's kids 

Becoming abusive like Anupama's baa

Becoming characterless like whole shah family

Becoming freeloader like Anupama's family

Becoming toxic and gaslighting like Anupama

Becoming unhygienic and doormat like Anupama

Becoming ungrateful and self boasting like Anupama and her family

Learn to fake panic attack and blame others anytime she is called out for any of the above
