I used to watch her YouTube videos. She was original talk show queen of Indian TV and interviewed everyone from top stars to politicians.

Way before Simi launched her show. Literally ruled AIR and Doordarshan. Had done some films in 80s too.

Sad to know she is no more.

RIP.

Good to hear it wasn't painful but will miss her shows.

Tabassum ji also acted in Hindi film, her first film was Nargis,

Mera Suhag, Mazdhaar, Deddar & Badi behen, she also acted in Baiju Bawra as child artist "as meena kumari"

She was more popular for her 1972-1993 Doordarshan
