Without Kajol, where would these three ladies be?  Kajol didn't do HDDCS and Mohabbatein, thus giving a new lease of life to Aishwarya Rai.  Also, Kajol rejected Veer Zaara making Preity Zinta's career and we all know Kajol didn't do Chalte Chalte which gave Rani a hit after so many flops.
