My Pimple is coming again and again on same spot

Hi 

On my forehead there is pimple which is very stubborn and this is the 3 time it comes at the same spot and there is dark area has occurred on that spot.

Now I am really disturbed with this pimple and its giving me headache. 

Can anyone suggest me how to treat this.
