Does Zee tv have the right or worth to offer celestial position of stars for its actors considering the quality of its serials and RM FL. Is Zee not desperate doing all this

No idea about desperation, but its just a PR thing. Need not read much into it. 

Things are complicated with another couple - PreeRan - who is the 'Ran' in it? Karan 1, 2, or 3. Seems like Shraddha credited it to DD, Zee to no 3. 

btw, heard TeamSJ and TeamSA had done similar things on their birthdays respectively. So, not a unique thing either, considering one is a fan group and the other a channel. 

No big deal at all,press release clearly explained all they had to do for this star was to have 300+ episodes,that's why only bhagyas,Meet&RM got the gift.
