Their relationship is such that she cannot trust Basit on this matter. With Fahad, it is a slight stretch...but I guess the point was to bring out both their insecurities out in the open which will make it easier for them to sort out the problems and come closer.

I see it differently. have not watched episode yet but think that she in her heart may be wated zoya to run away, as this was the only way to save zoya from her mother and old potential groom. she secretly hoping zoya is courageous and can do what I could not

Actually Bano explains why she did not make an uproar. Had she done so the scandal would have come out and the whole neighbourhood would have learned that Zoya was running away. She told Qudsia would you rather that everyone had heard me and today the house would have been full of neighbours here with an eye for gossip material.

Being a household of all women, maintaining their reputation must have been a major concern for them for some time. Bano had set aside these concerns when she had become desperate and feared losing Talal. I had hoped to see some support for Zoya because of that but I did not see it. Maybe it lay in her silences but she is angry at Zoya like Ayesha without thinking that Qudsia had forced Zoya into this by almost getting her married to the man in his 40s

Haha! I really got my Mrs. Bennet vibes from her! In Pride and Prejudice, after Lydia runs away, there is a sentence which says that Mrs. Bennet blames everyone for Lydia's elopement apart from the chief cause for it, which is herself. Qudsia did the same...lord...Bano, Bobby...both became soft targets for her anger...and her selfishness also came out...the depth of her selfishness...that she sees her fault in it at the end of the episode was very surprising for me..but I guess she had to face her own sins at some point.

Now beginning with Basit, there was so much shown about him today...His conversation with Fahad showed one thing for sure. He has now included Ayesha in his inner circle where earlier probably only his dad and Fahad had been. But he is trying to figure out how to open up to her, how to process her behaviour and also there was that bit of resentment that she doesn't understand him as he wants her to. Fahad of course gave him the perfect advice...

And then Ayesha taking care of him and Basit wanting to be taken care of by her!!!! This time when she leaves, he asks her to stay. He wants to spend time with her. I was sort of expecting this...that Basit will find it in him to forgive his mother and the way they showed it!!! Oh my goodness!!!! I think every single person who has lost a loved one and has some sort of regret over something that he or she may have done to hurt that person who is now no more with them....today's episode will be a source of comfort for them. The whole visit to the graveyard scene was absolutely beautiful. The way Basit is drawing support from Ayesha, the way Ayesha is supporting him....but of course, we have to keep reminding ourselves that she is taking care of him because Sadia had told her to...her conversation with Bano shows that she still doesn't feel there is love in her and Basit's relationship. Though perhaps, something might have changed in her as well after hearing what he says at Sadia's grave.

Basit/Feroze looked so good in that scene!!! He looked exactly like a very rich guy who is in deep mourning. 😆 I don't know if I make sense but that is what he looked like. Also his conversation...the ending especially was spoken like a true businessman!! I love these touches that the writer has given...

Special mention should be made of course of the Ayet scene when he returns from work and finds her reading that book!!! Btw that book really gives away just how much of a nerd Ayesha is!!!!!! She is reading a guidebook on how to form romantic relationships!!!! 😆

The blurb of the book says this :"Form, maintain, and repair meaningful romantic relationships and feel like newlyweds every day with this simple, stress-free approach to love"

Anyway, his grin on finding her reading that ridiculous book! And her attempt to hide it and then embarassed smile...how cute these two are like seriously!! Ayesha offering to make coffee again!☺️....at present Ayesha just wants to be there for Basit, and her way of doing that is literally just taking care of him like a mum....how much will you feed him girl!!

But one thing I really appreciated...Ayesha telling Basit my nani said this, my dado said this....like giving him comfort from the teachings that she has gained from the women in her life...Basit finding comfort from Ayesha's words show that he is for the first time in his life, since the departure of his mother, finding the love and comfort that women provide in a family.

Then Basit at work!!! Oufff he is one of the most charming bosses I have seen in tv dramas. we were wanting BaBa bonding and we had it today!!!

Jawaad, what an idiot! But his sleuthing is pretty solid...he had found out Bano is Ayesha's sister...

We saw how deeply Bano has been hurt by Talal's betrayal..She was comparing how Talal let her down to the way Basit stood up for her and also said as much to Ayesha...loved how she tells Ayesha you won't understand because of course Ayesha has not tasted such betrayal. With Bano scarred so badly, how will Fahad find his entry?

And finally Zoya bibi! Offf!!! Zoya is most certainly no Bano. Love the way she had her mum hoodwinked! But Bano sees her...so maybe she won't be able to run away?

Also Qudsia -Bano scene was too funny! Love the way Bano can guess exactly what awful greedy thought will turn up in her mother's head next!

so... all caught up.. though I would like to see today's episode with subtitles tomorrow, as I could not understand everything.. Basit has a habit of not speaking so clearly sometimes (for me)..

I know.. most of this stuff is already discussed in depth between you all, but I saw your tag and I just had to respond.. I will try not to respond to everything.. but that will be hard for me.

The scene of Basit and Fahad in the car was good, nice and very realistic. Remember...? Car Talks..! These are the best!! The boys are missing each other ❤️ Fahad is really the voice of reason, to both Basit and Ayesha. I am so happy that she has found a friend in him too.

There is this line Basit said, which I only understood with subtitles on. He says, Ayesha understands emotions, cares for her loved ones.. the ones she understands to be her own.. I wonder if she understands me or ever will.. I liked this so much.. to me it seems like he is indirectly wondering, does she see me as one of her own, a loved one..

Like you mentioned so beautifully, he is wanting to spend time with her, to understand her and speak with her so she can understand him too. She is the closest he can get to his mother's last words and thoughts, especially about him..

The scene at Sadia's grave.. wow.. the words he spoke, and of course the way he spoke to his mom and poured his heart out.. He promised, he would come again soon. Ayesha stood there next to him, so supportive. she did not say one word, just stood there and then her hand on his shoulder.. him holding her hand as they walked back to the car.. oh....and one more thing.. the way Basit explained how he felt the right to be angry, and the way she had accepted by looking down and away.... the emotions... ❤️

The self help book, and Basit asking about it, asking her to just sit and talk with him - cute moments!

Why on earth is Jawad still there?! and how did he find out that Bano and Ayesha are related?

In a way, Bano and Basit have experienced immense pain and betrayal. Bano actual was also cheated by her mom, not only Talal. When Zoya was checking out her gifts, my eyes were on her. Actually, I wanted more of her. See, while Ayesha is of course the female lead, and I find her and her&Basit interesting, there is something about Bano that I want to know more of her. See more of her. I was happy to see her leave the table and just sit on her bed and reflect. Ayesha and Bano scene.. I love these two sisters..
And I love the brother sister bond which is there - or in the making between Bano and Basit. he said so, I am like your brother, you can tell me..

Poor Basit is really trying to make an effort to get in on the secret that is there... nobody is letting him in..

Fahad & Bano will find each other.. how? no clue.. perhaps on Zoya's wedding. I think somehow Basit will find out the secret Ayesha, Fahad and all are keeping from him.. And he will get Zoya married off in a bigger and better party, where Fahad will have a chance to work his magic on Bano 😆 (dont know.. but it could work I think) By the way, I am sort of expecting Qudsia will call him at some point and tell her one and only son... 😆

PS. I watched the kitchen scene again, that day Bano walked in.. That look Basit gave to Fahad.. I do think he noticed that Fahad is acting strangely for example by not greeting Bano.. He did not.. he looked away trying to be all casual.. and then later asked stay for lunch - just wonderful!!

Zoya bibi is having some regrets but ok.. she has her love now... will it be enough for her?

Will Qudsia forgive and forget? Qudsia seems to have seen the light all of a sudden...

well.. I cant wait for next week to come - what torture -
