Why didn't Anu tell his Family about Akritis Confession ?

Anu didn't find the need to disclose Akritis confession as his family members were already angry on her for treating GG disrespectfully and so he thought they might tell this to GG who already considers Akriti as his Girlfriend and she might some day create a scene in his office.

So to keep that between him and Akriti Anu decided to hide it for now.

I also think he didn't want to ruin the already stained relationship gungun and akriti have . Telling this to family might lead to some embarassment to akriti if someone taunts her that anu rejected her love . He was already concerned and little guilty about her career and mental health. He knows how much his family is protective of gungun and he doesn't want any drama . He mentioned it to Akriti as well that there are already a lot of issues happening in his life and he don't want to add anymore.

Also anu is introvert and reserved person he doesn't outright go and share his feelings or problems with anyone that's the reason gc gang has to apply tricks to get things out of his mouth.

He has never gone and talk to anyone about gungun as well it is always others who pressurise him to tell what happened. Even with gungun he can fight publically but to talk he needs to be alone with her.

I agree 💯 adding to that

1. Anu is an introvert man with traditional upbringing. He might be uncomfortable to discuss this proposal with his family. Plus he knows his family specially GC gang will make mountain out of molehill. So to avoid unnecessary teasing maybe he thinks it's better to keep quiet.

2. GG and Akriti's strained relationship. He has seen their equation and has always tried to be away from their matter. He doesn't want to add something unimportant to the already present problems they have in between them as it is very awkward that ek saali apne hone wle jiju ko propose krti h.

3. For him, he already solved the matter. He opposed her delusions. And clearly said what he wanted to say. So it's done and dusted. Bande ke dimaag me or bahut saare imp chiize hai science, family, GG recent one langur.

4. Additionally, he is concerned abt Akriti mental state and does not want to malign her name I think. Doesn't want people to badmouth her as her senior and jiju. Akhir for him she is his junior plus gg sister too.

I don't think so even if she tries to gc gang is there they ll never let akriti enter anu's life.
