Part 50 FF: A case made Anirudh Vs Bondita but result is 👩❤️👨
Anirudh Bondita are having busy schedule through out the day with their new born children . . Still they are striving and cooperating with eachother to balance time.. Birinchi and Sarada are too old they are helping Anirudh Bondita in taking care of all 5 children equally. Trilochan also offered to help them by holding the new born babies.
Shorbari is more attached to Bondita whereas Poornima is equally attached to both Anirudh and Bondita. They have special attachment towards her as she called them maa, baba first time before their children.
In these triplets Vidya will become calm when her father lifts her whereas Nitish Saketh are mamma boys. Saketh is naughty he always pulls his brother's and sister's hair, keep on making sounds giggling all the time and make the house atmosphere and everyone's mood brightful.
Tapur delivery is also done and she gave birth to a girl, she is named as Sadhana. Binoy Catherine went to Bombay to see the grand daughter and stayed there upto naamkaran function whereas Anirudh Bondita couldn't make their time because they are having hard time with babies. Bondita is in still delicate condition doctor suggested not to go for long journeys. Bhatuk only told that they will come to Calcutta once Tapur is recovered.
Trilochan is too attached with Anirudh's children. Slowly he started liking Poornima also because she is calm and know Little about Puja, she is trying to chant slokas infront of Durga maa idol with her sweet voice and this impressed Trilochan. He started telling her mythological stories and bonded with her. He respected Birinchi, sarada also later..
Anirudh also taught her letters and kept her in tuition whereas Bondita is taking extra food, milk for her Shorbari and for her triplet children. Birinchi and Sarada are trying to help Bondita as much as they can and this made her easy to look after her children.
After 2 months , Bhatuk family and Somnath family have visited Calcutta and kids have a great time.
Bondita got recovered from delivery and she started working from home and attending court cases while elders - Trilochan, Birinchi and sarada, Catherine are looking after children.
Another month passed. Their triplets reached 3 months of age and Shorbari reached nearly 10 months of age. Doctor suggested that Shorbari weight is too less and not taking solid food properly and depending on milk from Bondita.. baby has to stop taking feeding of Bondita and continue solid food and milk with glass. Slowly Anirudh took charge of Shorbari completely because she needs to stop feeding of milk from Bondita.
Initially first 2 days she couldn't stay away from Bondita and latter also missed Shorbari felt like crying. But it is necessary for her. So Anirudh consoled both of them and he used to play with little Shorbari with different toys and disguising himself like a joker and made her have solid food. He didn't hesitate to do all kinds of services to all his kids including cleaning them . Finally he had succeeded in making Shorbari have solid healthy diet and milk with glass as he used to feed her with spoon.

Leap of 3 years:
Bondita became a famous Barrister in entire Bangal. Poornima joined in school the next year she and her sister are adopted by Anirudh and Bondita. She is proving herself as bright student under Anirudh Bondita guidance. Bangal khabar owner Mukeshji passed away due to health issues and Anirudh took complete charge of the newspaper. He too became busy but still both allot their time, and balancing the upbringing of children. Sometimes he used to take Poornima with him to office. Trilochan is with them only and visiting Tulsipur regularly to look after lands.
Binoy and Catherine also reduced work load and spending time with children because Bhatuk took complete charge of their businesses in Bombay and due to regional convenience he made Bombay as the Head office for all his companies. Shomik Rimjhim had alloted another Ayurvedic doctor for Krishnanagar and completely alloting their time for their grandchildren. All the elders of Roy Chowdhary family and Shomik Rimjhim are making trips equally to visit all their grandchildren including Somnath children also.
After 3 years Shorbari also started learning and writing letters where as triplets are orally telling letters and little poems, rhymes.
Bondita is trying her level best to help women whoever meet her in need of justice. She filed a petition against dowry cases and trying to bring a law against dowry.. Although many of them doesn't want to come to court still she is trying her level best to help them.
Her first client Aruna is now an independent woman who gave birth to a girl and earning well through her catering and meals supply business. She stood courageous in all toughest situations with kind hearted neighbors and her parents support and making her daughter to pursue education. Her in-laws both committed suicide due to society taunts and guilty feeling that they have done severe injustice to her, they became reason for their son's mental health condition.
In this time gap, Anirudh once saw Srijit in a pathetic condition on road when a marriage baaraat is going. He went to groom and started suggesting that don't sell yourself for money and give trouble to girl's parents. If you don't have guts to stand up for your wife then don't get married.
Anirudh felt sad that his parents are also equally responsible for making him spineless. He spoke with Somnath and Shomik about his health condition. They suggested that he should be taken to any natural care Ashram and he will be recovered slowly.
Anirudh followed their instructions and joined him in one ashram.. Srijit also slowly recovered and looked after a Job.
He later met Anirudh Bondita and told that he got job. They asked if he is willing to marry anyone. He told that he is not interested in Marriage because deep in his heart he considered Aruna only as his wife, he cant give her position to anyone. He told that he will wait for a lifetime for her to forgive him .
Bondita informed Aruna about this. But latter is unable to decide and asked them only to give a proper advice for her.
They too thought and suggested a solution. They asked Aruna to stay with him for some time as a friend under the observation of her neighbours and observe him, in that duration keep away their daughter and keep her with her parents. If she feels that his change is genuine she can introduce him as father to her child else she can part her ways with him.
Aruna agreed and they lived under same roof for 6 months as friends and she felt satisfied with his remorse and change of mind. . His parents suicide commitment and his mental health has changed his attitude completely . Srijit never asked her to give up work and he too shared household works along with her. Finally they both reconciled and he met with their daughter and had a happy family.

One more year passed and all their children are going to school and also involved in extra curricular activities and doing well.
In that time, one day Bondita received a phone call from her school friend Ambika and requested her to visit their house as she is in need of her, giving her address. Ambika voice is having pain, eagerness to share something may be some sad or bitter thing.
Bondita told that she will be there in an hour and informed in house and started immediately.
Ambika received her with pretending smile and took her into their home and introduced her children. Her parents Kashiram and Vishala who became now old came and wished her. But her husband is not seen anywhere. After their X std they all are in contact used to meet occassionally but right now she is meeting her school friend more than 3 years later. Ambika had a son and daughter elder than her children and she is working as school teacher with her husband's support. Bondita immediately grasped that her friend is not happy at present and house environment is too sad , she immediately asked for her husband Jagdish.
Ambika also couldn't control anymore and broken into tears and revealed that he is arrested on murder charges. Bondita is highly shocked and asked her to tell in detail.
Ambika with tears told that he is accused on murdering his boss as he is having affair with his boss second wife 24 years Malathi.
Bondita asked Ambika to give complete details,to which latter told that : "Bondita we have shifted to Calcutta one year before as he got a good opportunity with excellent salary package in Dipankar construction company alongwith free quarters and car facility is also provided.
We are very happy for this offer and shifted here. Jagdish MD 50 years old Dipankar has a second wife Malathi who is brought up in foreign country and she also started working with her husband. My husband earned a good name infront of his boss and his wife started being close with my husband, which irritated him. He once told that he is being abused by her and not understanding to whom he should tell this because no one believes a woman abusing a man..She told him that her husband blackmailed her and married her forcibly and daily torturing her sexually, she is craving for love and wants to have illegal and secret relationship with him (Jagadish) in the absence of her husband. But my husband is not interested in her he told her firmly that he doesn't have interest on her or any woman because he loves me wholeheartedly and can't think of anyone."
Bondita interrupted and asked 'Ambika . Sorry for asking you in this way, but I wanted to know as a part of my profession because daily we see different kinds of criminals and cruel, narrow minded and insane mentality people . How can you be very sure that your husband is not interested in her.'
Ambika proudly told that : I don't mind Bondita if you ask this because police officers have already spoken much ill of my husband than you. But let me tell you that we are husband and wife , we are attached more personally than others. After I left to sasural.with him he took care of me. Keeping my age in view he didn't start physical relationship with me quickly despite of how much pressure his family gave him . He even took blame on himself that his health is not fine to start a married life. He made me pursue education and made me a teacher. We took nearly 3 years time and in those 3 years also there were many ackward alone situations between us to provoke for physical relationship and many privileges for him to lose control and can force me. Still he took time he gave me more space and after I giving my full consent and excitement only we finally proceeded. Yes we love each other deeply and with that love only I can say that my husband Can't ogle at other women.'
Bondita observed her confidence and she unknowingly remembered Anirudh. If that kind of situation arises in her life even she can also proudly says that her Patibabu cannot look at other women with lust.
Bondita took a deep breathe and took details of the case like when murder happened, at what time did he left, what is his behaviour in the previous day, .any details about Malathi.
Ambika gave the details all she knew and Bondita assured that she will get justice done to her and this made Ambika happy.
She went to enquire about Malathi but latter is not available. She went to jail to meet Jagadish and promised him that she will plead his case.
But that evening Malathi met Anirudh in his office and told the case that their company employee Jagadish has lust on her and he murdered her husband and Barrister Bondita took the case against her. When it is revealed that Bondita took up the case her lawyer withdrew the case and no lawyer is coming forward and taking up her case. She told all her details and requested him by folding his legs to do justice to her.
She gave all her details agreed that she once had lust on Jagdish but he refused her and reprimanded her not to play with employees life in office with these kind of affairs. Later she also changed herself. But she herself saw that Jagadish in Dipankar cabin on the murder day and stood like a statue with shock on his face. Along with her peon and clerk have also seen it , So she suspected him and made him arrested.
Later Jagadish and his wife are blaming her only took Barrister Bondita help. No one are believing her the change in her.
Anirudh is in dilemma because he knew Bondita would never stand for any injustice. He asked her to give 2 days time and enquired about Malathi. In his enquiry he discovered that she is genuine but not getting where the mistake is done and who murdered Dipankar.
He too agreed to plead for Malathi sake and informed Bondita about this. She is Highly shocked never expected that one day they have to stand as opponent barristers to eachother.
At first they both argued eachother that may be others had mistaken for their clients genuine behaviour. It is not that they spoke rashly in fit of rage but gave time and space to eachother to present their views. Finally they both encouraged themselves to stand for their clients and it should not affect their personal relationship.
But this created commotion in their house and as soon as Court sessions have started this created a sensational news in the city because both became very famous barristers and everyone knew them as ideal couple and praise them as made for eachother.
First day court sessions they put their arguments infront of judge both sides arguments started.
Bondita side: She presented Jagadish office track record as genuine and Malathi is the person who proposed him to have an affair but as she got rejected she had framed him in the murder.
Anirudh's side: Malathi has proposed because Dipankar has trapped her and made her to get married him by blackmailing as he is a womanizer. At one stage she might have proposed him but later after Knowing his opinion she didn't bother him.. As she herself proposed him that doesn't mean that she is a cheap charactered person.
He submitted two more evidences who had witnessed Jagadish in office cabin when he is murdered - Clerk and peon. Anirudh made them confess what they saw alongwith Malathi.
Bondita came and cross examined them but when she started arguing they told that they didn't exactly see that Dipankar got stabbed by Jagadish. She presented doubt that may be in confused state Jagadish thought to help his boss by removing knife.
Even Judge is also unable to decide who is genuine - Malathi or Jagadish.?
But as per the case Jagadish is seen in Dipankar cabin not only by Malathi but also by a clerk and peon when he is murdered so she has to submit the evidences in favour of him else he will be punished.
Their elders in house are suggesting to leave the case getting worried if this creates any tension between them because no one are ready to see them standing as opponents in their profession .
But Anirudh, Bondita assured their elders that they won't fight as couple and asked them to relax.
They both discussed about the case as much cool as they can, both put themselves in others shoes and thought about the case. They decided to dig upto the roots of the case and may be any third person taking advantage of both Malathi and Jagadish.
Later after lot of struggle for couple of days, enquiring that if any third person also close to both of them, checked if any will is written that who is the heir of his property, who could have more chances to get benefitted if Malathi is removed and gradually their doubt turned true and Dipankar brother Taposh took advantage of both Malathi and Jagadish , because Malathi is abused and forcedly got married by Dipankar but still her heart craving for love from a decent and genuine person.
At that stage she came across Jagadish being genuine and honest person in office. It is true that she troubled him with her desires, taking initiative to proceed. But as soon as Jagadish refused her she too kept quiet, deep in heart felt ashamed of herself trying to taint his character and decided not to trouble him again.
But all these are observed by a third person Taposh. He actually tricked clerk and peon on that day to stay at office and he himself stabbed his brother without fingerprints forming on knife. After this murder case is closed he either thought to get hold on Malathi by abusing or blackmailing her in Jagadish matter or if Bondita frames Malathi in this murder her hurdle can be remembered and he can get hold on property.
Anirudh Bondita found this when they sneaked into Taposh house and he is discussing with his lawyer friend that he has done all this to get his late brother's property as he had left the most of the property to his young wife, he is asking to create fake will at any cost . They also found one strong evidence his shirt with finger prints blood marks as if one person hold his shirt while leaving his last breath which he hid in his store room and they sent to medical lab to check the blood group.
Later Anirudh asked Bondita to take charge and prove Taposh as the real culprit in court. She asked him only to prove it. But he said that as judge asked her only to submit evidences it is her responsibility. It is not his Vs hers, but it is for truth, righteousness.
In the final hearing she asked Taposh to come into bone and she cross examined him and confused him with her arguments and made him confess his crime. She also presented an important evidence of his shirt which he wore on the day of murder when he killed.Dipankar and it matched with his blood group as Taposh had different blood group. So he has done all this for the late brother's property.
Court agreed with Bondita's arguments and finally real culprit is punished and Jagadish got released. Both Jagadish and Malathi felt guilty for misunderstanding others.
As soon as they came out of court premises they apologized to each other and she promised that she will not interfere in his life.
When Anirudh Bondita came out of court, Bangal khabar competitor Anglo Indian times tried to provoke them through their journalists in the court premises that if husband and wife are in same profession and wife pursues education equal to husband then these difference of opinions occuring. In future husband and wife can part ways and relationship will be in stake.
But Bondita gave a befitting reply that 'As long as the bond between husband and wife is strong and as long as a person be it man or woman won't mess up their professional lives with personal lives nothing can make husband and wife part their ways. It all depends on understanding, trust they show on eachother. They only get separated if ego and showing attitude comes in between them.'
Jagdish had left with his family to other place as he got job offer in another state whereas Malathi left the country.
Trilochan and others happily received the couple and wished that nothing could separate them.
They both also expressed among themselves that these hurdles can only make their bond stronger and held their hands happily.
