Chapter - 1- Our fate
On a Windy and Stormy Night , The sound of a little girl sobbing in a Van was loud and clear , It was heard by the trees and The silent Road .The Van has stopped at a Gate and The Gates of St. Mary Orphanage has opened , A Man took out sobbing little girl .
The little girl was injured and was band aided .
She was taken to the martin and She consoled the poor little five year old kid .
While all this was happening a Boy was observing everything from far away silently .
After few days :
The little girl Started staying in the Orphanage and She didn't stop crying since the day she came , Her parents died leaving her Orphan .
She keeps Crying and Crying , All she does is crying all her heart out and loudly Which was annoying the boy " who was observing her in the Orphanage".
One day the girl was crying loudly , while the boy was Completing his home work assignments , He again here's her loud sobs , He rubs his head in stress .
Boy : Why does she always , CRY ?
He starts trying to do his homework and was Unable to write a word hearing to her sobs.
He hears her voice for the first time , The first word she uttered was " Mumma , Baba".
Hearing those words , The boy feels a unknown pain in his heart , He stabs his ball point nib on to the page Ripping apart the book .
He walks towards the Room beside him Furiously .
He barges into the Room .
Boy : Stop Crying will you ?
You're sobs are irritating me , I can't even do my home work .
The Caretaker looks at him flabbergasted .
Caretaker : ( shocked )Vansh ?
Vansh not caring anything blurts out everything to the five year old little girl .
Vansh : And for Whom you're crying , Mumma ... Papa...
Vansh feels more annoyed as he thinks about it .
Vansh : Idiot .
They died and They won't be back , They will never come back to you .
So stop crying .
The little girl stops Crying in shock .The care taker looks at the girl panicing .
Care taker : Riddhima ?
Riddhima comes out of Shock and Starts Crying more loudly .
Riddhima : Why ?
Vansh feels Guilty looking at her break down .
He Immediately holds her and lifts her , He places her on his lap and caresses her hair , Clears her tears from her chubby red Cheeks .
Vansh : I am sorry , I yelled at you .
But ...
But , You shouldn't cry sweetheart .
What if you're mom and dad are not gonna be back , I am here with you and The People in the orphanage are there to care for you .
Riddhima listens to him and She doesn't know what she understood but she felt safe and Cared .
Riddhima was looking at him as she was letting out her little sobs and listening to him .
Vansh pulls her cheeks .
Vansh : You're so cute , I want you to smile .
Will you smile for me , Once ?
Riddhima still stares at him and holds his waist tightly dozes off .
Vansh smiles looking at her cuteness .
After Few Years :
Vansh AND Riddhima grew up little older .
Vansh was Taking off his School bag disappointedly .
Riddhima comes to him Chirping around and HUGS him .
Riddhima : You came back , Vansh .
How was you're exam .
Vansh : It was fine .
Vansh holds her hands and sits on the chair , Matching her level of height .
Vansh : Why are you chirping around so happily .
I know , This is not Something Special but Looks like there is Something Special .
Vansh Smiles Widely .
Riddhima looks at her dress .
Riddhima : Thank you so much Vansh for this dress .
Vansh : You like it ?
Riddhima : I love it .
I love white .
Vansh : HMMM .
Riddhima : ( Enthusiastically )How , I am looking ?
Vansh :( nods his head ) HMMM .
Riddhima :( Annoyed ) HMMM .
But Vansh , How did you buy this ?
Vansh : Good Question .
I am working .
Riddhima : Really , You will buy me more gifts from now on .
Vansh : Yeah , Tell me .
Riddhima starts Thinking Deeply .
Vansh : What happened ?
Riddhima : There are many , I need to make a list .
Vansh laughs .
Vansh : Okay , try to make a list soon .
Riddhima :Okay .
Riddhima remembers something .
Riddhima : Vansh , I saw you fighting with the Head .

Vansh becomes silent and he becomes furious .
Riddhima hugs him immediately .
Riddhima : I heard you asking about your mumma and papa .

Riddhima starts remembering her mumma and baba .
Riddhima : I also miss my mumma , baba .
You know we used to live in a BIG HOUSE , It is bigger than our School .
I miss the house too .
Vansh caresses' her hair .
Vansh : You want go back to that house ?
Riddhima : Yes .
Vansh : You can go back when your adult .
Riddhima :( stuttering ) Adult ?
Vansh : Yes , When you're 18 year old .
You can leave this Orphanage and start living independent .
Riddhima :HMMM .
Riddhima looks at him shocked realizing something .
Riddhima : Vansh , You're also 18 .
That means you will go away ?
Riddhima starts crying .
Riddhima : Don't leave me .
Vansh : No .
I Have No luck , They wouldn't allow me to leave till I'm twenty one year .
Vansh Gritts his teeth in anger .
Riddhima feels relieved and starts counting innocently .
Riddhima : Three Years .
Please take me with you , Don't leave me alone .
Vansh : Riddhima calm down , Let's see .
You're still a little child you need to be taken care by someone .
Riddhima: You take care of me .
Vansh : Let's not talk about it now .
I am not going now , Naah ?
After few days .
Vansh and Riddhima with other kids were there in the garden area , Planting trees .
Riddhima looked at the Red rose flower and plucked .
She looked at the rose lovingly .
She saw vansh and Stood in front of him .
She was smiling at him .
She put a rose in front of him .
Vansh looked at her in Daze .
Vansh : What ?
Riddhima :( innocently ) Marry me .
Vansh :( flabbergasted ) What ? Marry me ?
Riddhima : ( Innocently )Yes , Marry me .
Vansh laughs and controls as he looks at Riddhima standing IN front of him innocently .
Vansh : You're a Kid .
Riddhima : Then wait for me for ten years .
But please don't leave me , Take me with you .
Vansh : Ten years , Why should I wait .
I am going to become a old uncle till then .
Riddhima : Can't you wait for me ?
Vansh : Even , If I wait for you till you grow up .
You will not marry me .
Riddhima : why ?
Vansh : You will be like , I don't want to marry this old uncle .
No never .
Riddhima becomes furious .
Riddhima : No , Never .
I will only marry you , love you and care for you .
It's your sweetheart's promise .
Vansh laughs .
Vansh : Okay .
Riddhima : You don't trust me ?
Vansh : Okay .
Riddhima : Ahhhh , Please naah .
Only marry me , Just marry me .
Vansh :(Nods his head controlling his laughter )HMMM.
Riddhima frowns her lips as vansh chuckles .
Suddenly Riddhima is called out by her care taker .
Care taker comes to her .
Care taker : Wow , Riddhima you have given the rose to your big brother vansh ?
Riddhima looks at her Shocked .
Riddhima : ( Shouts ) No never .
He is not my brother .
I will marry him , Soon .
Riddhima yells out loudly and walks away .
The caretaker starts laughing out loudly , After her little confession .
Vansh was already laughing at her adorable antics.
After few years :
Vansh was leaving the Orphanage .
Riddhima was crying buckets as she cannot go with him .
Riddhima stops Vansh .
Riddhima : Please take with me .
Vansh : I am , sorry Riddhima .
I need to go .
Soon , You too come out of Orphanage and Stay with me .
Vansh hugs her for one final time and leaves leaving Riddhima to cry .
Vansh walks away from the Orphanage .
Vansh :(in mind) I am sorry , Riddhima .
I cannot take you with me , Because I am not going out for settling down my life .
I am going on a quest to find answers about my past , To Find out the truth about my fate , Why I ended up in a Orphanage .
You know what Riddhima , You're lucky that you know that you're parents are dead .
I don't even know that , I know them and I know My family is alive but I don't know why I am in a Orphanage .
I need to find all those answers to my questions which are eating me away .
I cannot take you with me Riddhima .
I cannot put you're life in danger .
