Geet opens her eyes… she is in the out house…

Maan is sitting beside her…

She looks at Maan and smiles…

Geet: am I dreaming? Is it heaven? Maan Singh Khurana is here

Maan: stop it Geet, everything is a game for you

Geet: jokes apart, why did you save me?

Maan: I would have saved anyone in your place

Geet smiles…

Geet: I wouldn’t have ever done that if it were not you, I know for a fact that no one worries about me like you do, not even me

Maan: don’t ever try anything stupid like this hereafter, do you understand Geet?

Geet: hmm, I’m sorry, it was Dadi’s plan

Maan: what?

Geet: but it worked, I’m happy that you are always there for me even if I’m wrong

Maan: Geet, life is too precious to play with, not everyone is lucky enough to get a second chance

Geet laughs..

Maan: ok, you take rest

Geet catches hold of his hand and stops him…

Maan: tum teek toh haina?

Geet nods… hmmm

Geet: mere paas aao Maan

Maan gets a little closer…

Geet holds his shoulder and moves towards him…

Geet places a warm kiss on his lips…

Maan didn’t expect that, but he is only happy if this is what will make her happy… he won’t deny that he is also equally happy….

Geet: that was something I wanted to return you, now we are even

Geet smiles at him in desperation… she knows that he is under some kind of pressure…. Maybe it’s related to his past…

She is not going to trouble him more…

Maan keeps looking at her innocent smile…

He loses his control…

Maan bends over and takes her lips into his….

Geet hugs him tight… Maan is hesitant to hug her back…

Geet takes his hands and puts them around her back… she forces him to hug her back…

Maan hugs her overwhelmed with all the love that he has been holding back all the time…

Maan: why are you so sweet? You deserve to be happy Geet, you have a long beautiful future ahead

Maan: my future is decided, it is not easy as you think

Maan: no, you don’t know

Geet: I don’t want to know, all I want is to be with you, I won’t ask for anything else, I promise

Maan: tum pura pagal ho gayi ho Geet

Geet: mujhe patha hai, aur mujhe kushi hai ki ye baat aap ko bhi samajh aagaya

Maan: ye koi mazak nahi hai Geet

Geet: aap ko mera pyaar mazak lagtha haina?

Geet looks into his eyes in disbelief….

Maan: mein tumme kaise samjhaoon Geet

Geet: mein sab samajh thi hoon, aap ko lagtha hai ki mein itna nasamajh hoon toh woh appki problem hai, meri nahi

Maan: kya samajh thi ho tum?

Geet looks deep into his eyes…

Geet: sab kuch

Maan: tum jaanthi ho ki mein tumme takleef mein nahi dekh saktha

Geet: mujhe koi takleef nahi hogi jab aap mere paas ho toh

Geet readily has a reply for all his gyaan…

Maan: I’m done with all this Geet, I can’t see you hurting yourself like this any longer, what do you want me to do to stop this torture?

Geet: mujhse shadi karlo

Maan goes into his deep thinking….

Geet keeps looking at him with her puppy eyes…

Maan: teek hai, if that is what will make you happy

Geet hugs him in excitement…

Geet: I love you Maan

Maan: par ek condition hai

Geet: I’m ready to accept anything for you

Maan: you would stay away from my past life, whatever happens you won’t have any rights to question

Geet: teek hai

Maan asks her come closer…

He kisses her forehead…

Maan: good night Geet

Geet: thanks Maan, you don’t have any idea how happy I’m

Geet is smiling happily…

Maan: I bet I would do anything for that smile

Geet: And I want to see you smile again

Maan tries to put up a fake smile…

Geet: abhi ke liye itna hi kaafi hai, I’m happy that you at least tried for me

Maan: finally you won

Geet: no, finally your love for me won, you were only competing with yourself

Maan wonders how Geet understands him so well, if only she knows the actual reason, would she be able to understand his situation…

No Maan, his mind warns him not to get carried away and share his problem with Geet, that’s what he has been avoiding, to put the pressure of his problem on her…

Maan smiles as if to agree with her…

Geet: pehle dadi ko ye good news dethi hoon

Maan: but it’s too late, she must be fast asleep

Geet: she will be more than happy to know that you agreed for the marriage

Maan: she probably knows it already

Geet: what?

Dadi has been seen how Maan panicked and jumped into the pool to save Geet…

Maan was too scared to lose his love again, he realized that it’s no use denying Geet her happiness if she is ready to go to any extreme for him…

Maan has been with Geet from then, he has not moved from her side even for a second….

Maan got her out of the waters and immediately tried to get the water out of her wind pipe by giving her chest press…

Geet spit out the water and took a deep breath….

Though Geet started to breath easily after a short while, Maan was scared as she was still unconscious…

He called the doctor and the doctor confirmed that she is safe and it’s just the shock that her brain took, she will regain her consciousness soon and there is nothing to worry .

Still Maan kept talking to her and looked for her reactions…

Geet was responding to his voice subconsciously, Maan was checking constantly…

He even took the blame on himself for all this, while our wicked dadi maintained the secret….

Geet: I know, we already knew that once you save me then you can’t hide the truth

Maan: now that the truth is out, you two have to wait for the marriage until I’m ready

Geet: sure, I will wait till I become old like you, but what about you? You are already very old

Geet tries to change his mood… why can’t he be happy like her and dadi? There is something bothering him…

Maan: what? Am I that old?

Geet laughs… : why are you bothered about your age like a girl? Don’t worry, I’ll marry you only, even if your hair turns grey and you become bald

Maan: but Geet, you will look bad with grey hair in our wedding pictures

Geet: I will dye my hair

Maan: ok, we’ll stop here, else you will get nightmares

Geet: no more nightmares, only sweet sexy dreams

Geet looks at Maan and winks…

Maan is happy to see his Mishty back…

Maan is about to leave…

Geet: wait, what’s the hurry, it’s just the dreams, you are too bad, you will have to pay for keeping me waiting

Maan: sshhh, sojao Geet, sapne dekhne ke liye pehle sona padega

Geet: that’s right

Geet is still tired and she won’t sleep if Maan is here…

Maan leaves as Geet starts dreaming about the wedding already….

LOVELY UPDATE ! At last, Maan is ready for marriage. I am worried about their relations now after Maan asked geet not to interfere in his past happenings ......what is Maan hiding hope it is not that Sameera is alive.

What is his past which he is not revealing Geet has the right to know if he is marrying her or why is Dadi not telling her.

Finally after doing all the circus and risking her own life, Geet was successful.

Maan asked Geet to stay out of his past life. I'm curious to know what actually happened. I hope that this past doesn't creat problems in the present.
