Pretty sure once her hormones cooled down and looking back ... and if she could turn back time ...she would make a different decision.

Not all women who make  lots of money are financially independent or even independent in general. Look at top heroines decades ago ...they did know how the money was invested or even have ability to account for their earnings. They all dependent on opportunist men and relatives.

How can you expect them to make sound decisions in life.

Hema  in her  biography mentioned that her mother agreed to get her married off to Jeetandra in the hopes to quash her relationship with Dharam. It is just that Daram crashed the wedding and convinced her to call off the wedding with Shobha at his tow.

She atleast had a well intentioned mother ... who wanted a single available and interested man for her daughter. But, Hema was not thinking with her head.

Dharmendra has his routine to spend each day equally between the two houses down pat. I read it in Legends of Bollywood by Raaj Grover and it was pretty funny. But tragic to the people involved -his first wife and the kids from both marriages who didn't ask to be roped into this circus.
