Because that is her USP..

The moment she decides to tone down or sober up, she will cease to be THE Kangana that everyone talks about..

After all, no publicity is a bad publicity in the showbiz.

Sorry, NO she will not shut up and whimper away...she will become even more toxic, like a pressure cooker and will release that anger in many ways, kangana is underestimated in how corrupt she truly is and how devoid of moral fiber, her entire family has similar issues.....  People with one or a combination of mental issues DO NOT magically stop if you ignore them, it does not work like that, because they have a need for abnormal psychological gratification. When whatever they practice starts to falter or is "ignored" they change their game strategy or they increase what ever harm they do, if you want to know more read about the progression of serial killers and you will find that the minds of people still has a huge amount of uncharted territory, that is why it is so hard to treat because there is a lot we do not know...however what we do know is that  they all do share and exhibit one or more signs that are common; such as most killers started out torturing and harming animals, after they get bored of that they may harm small children or those who are easy targets like the elderly, all of it as practice to get to the real activity that gives them the release they seek, many serial killers once they "graduate" to adult humans never go back to just pets  etc.. in fact many get such a huge high the first few times they do it, that they end up having a bigger addiction and many go from killing one person ever x amount of months or years to more and more frequent because psychosis is like a drug addiction, you need more and more to reach that magnificent first high....☢️it works the same with psychotics, ok for some time but then any crisis hits them and they return to what they crave.

I am not one to diagnose strangers online but sometimes the behavior is so toxic  that you are forced to think the person is actually sick and they need help. Kangana was considered the best actress or second best in Bollywood. She didn't need to do all this drama to stay in the news. But she keeps doing it because she can't tolerate it that everyone is not singing her praises. Even the people who have come across her find her just as bad in real life. So I do think you are not wrong. She won't stop if people ignore her. She will just get more outrageous. Which is exactly what happened. She started feeling ignored and kept on saying more and more controversial things

she’s been doing this for a long  time...

Back in 2016 jacquline Fernandez did an ad with hrithik, hrithik sent her his fitness company diwali gift (which she showed on her insta and thanked him)then Jacqueline posted a video with hrithik both dancing on a song from her movie... then out of nowhere in her intv Kangana mentioned how much impressed she is by Jacquelines pole dancing videos on Instagram.... it was when Kangana didn’t even have an official insta or Twitter.. she 100% keep an eye on women  hrithik interacts with and whom he praises...

Then gets envious of them and wants to be like them 
Later on she starts hating them cause they get attention from Hrithik and she doesn’t.... it’s a pattern

First she praised Jacqueline,

 then took a jab at her by directly taking her name.

 

She emailed hrithik complaining why he praises PC, Deepika and Sonam but never her 

All three women have always been cordial with Kangana. Pc and Sonam even invited Kangana to her wedding but since in her mind Hrithik likes them, she has made personal attacks on all three of them 

Creepiest of all is hrithik meeting Deepika at Aamir’s diwali party oct 2014. Both were clicked together 

and in nov 2014 hrithik received this email from Kangana 
Telling him to not get excited about the women whose waist his arms were around... they are such public properties that they will do it even with Kangana 

The proof is right here... it has always been right here... but people thought it was funny to watch him abuse  and torment hrithik publicly....

she stalks his every move.... and then even sent him threatening emails about his movements and whereabouts
