She got harassed by the govt with all the drugs stuff soon after. Now she will keep on sucking up to Modi just like KJo has been doing. It's the price they've had to pay to get out of the drugs case.

People like the Ex-RAW official in this video are of opinion that her JNU visit was ISI

 funded..

Agreed but they're all the same. They jumped on the #metoo wagon for popularity and when it faded away, they went back to normal.

Aamir tossed out Mogul director Subhash Kapoor and issued a big statement about it. Then when people stopped caring about #metoo, he went back to him and even issued press releases about how he made such a brave and bold decision taking him back. ðŸ¤ªHe even did a paid twitter trend and got all the paps to post about how great he is for reconsidering his decision. ðŸ¤£

You said expose I was rushing here thinking my girl was done for good this time but Where is the expose?

IF bash DP daily for being all those things mentioned in this thread so why do you guys pretend to be shocked everytime? Why do you have expectations from her? ðŸ˜†

She is just trying to save her ass that’s it. Who can blame her? Like someone said in that thread, she went to JNU and got liberals support but liberals only support online. They will not stand by her when she is facing the consequences. The same people were making maal memes. So their opinions hardly matter anymore. Call her spineless, hypocrite or heartless if you want. It really doesn’t matter if she has to save her ass.

All that is saying is that they are both different side of the same coin.

1. Students/any adults who are compos mentis have the right to protest whoever/whatever they want. Note: protest, not do illegal activities.

2. Celebs have the right to support whatever they want as long as it is not illegal.

3. When same celebs get into trouble and take it back, public has the right to call them users and hypocrites.

It looks like Deepika tried to use the protest to pump up her own profile. Or she genuinely believed in the cause. Either way, it was clearly a mistake for her career. Now she is trying to get on the right side of powerful people. It makes her look low and a non-loony version of Kangana, a version of Anushka who did the clean environment lecture to the perfectly ordinary chap out of nowhere.

4. This does not in any way, shape, or form justify the bizarre accusations of alliance with a known terror-sowing organization. Protesting, supporting protests for ANY reason whatsoever (genuine or otherwise), etc. are perfectly legal or should be in a supposed democracy. If I want to protest the beards on public officials and movie stars, it should still be legal. Would be batshit crazy, but still legal.

Also, anti-government is not anti-national.
