Alta sequence based on my limited bengali understanding was basically - Emon was asked to do this alta ritual. She refuses initially. Theres some big family drama about it and then eventually Ronos mom convinces her. Later Rono comes home and eberyone instigates him. Hes almost ready to launch at Emon again but his mom says wait until you see everything for yourself. And when emon comes she shows that she did apply the alta. Rono's mom says that she only agreed because she told her thst the ritual would ensure i guess "prosperity" for Rono. Rono shocked that Emon is also concerned about him. Later theres a nice scene in the room. He is niharofying her in the room as she sleeps. When she wakes up they have some sweet moments including remembering her father and Rono even feeds her dinner just like her dad did.

KD formula i think was like 1 nice/nostalgia episode for every 4-5 episodes of fights and MUs!

I really hope they dont reduce Sairat to the same thing where they start giving just 1-2 token scenes but fill the rest of the plot with just their regressive drama - family screaming at each other and couple having MU and fighting :(

She then puts it saying her MIL will be hurt if anything happens to her son...

Tamasha later on them Rono Imon bedroom scene.

What will they do here Mehendi ? Why not fast or festival coming as they already jumped to November.

Alta happens after amey, after all the fighting and then that whole sai falling sick and showing concern thing. And then theres pp grinding masala. And then this alta scene happens. As it is officially patch up toh nshi kiya bas rast gayi baat gayi tha. Thoda sa concern dikhaya Rono ne aur pp ko masala grinding bhi karne diya so audience thinks accha ab toh sula ho gayi. But agle hi din yeh naya Alta ka drama hota hai and he is almost back to doubting her again and getting angry . Voh toh the mom convinces her in private to do the ritual toh sabka popat ho gaya and phir se ek token accha scene miljaata hai.

Yeah it comes across as really bad that virat seems to excuse his family and pakhi's insults towards sai but dare sai say anything back and he goes off on her. Like ok, if you want to scream at sai for insulting your family ok, but why not he same to pakhi when she insults sai? In the other's case he uses excuse of them being elders, but with pakhi he has no such excuse. It's a clear double standard expectation he has from sai, and to top it off by such double standards he encourages the harassment by the family towards sai, which is very much counter-intuitive towards how he wants his family to not insult sai.

And yes like you said, at least sai is the way she is with everyone and treats everyone same way if they offend her in any way..... yet virat holds sai to a very different standard to her bullies and even treats the bullies very softly whilst he can launch himself at sai via screaming at her if she yells back at her bullies just because they are her family. I swear if not his family elders and sai, he can at least treat sai and pakhi the same way, as with pakhi he does not have the excuse of her being his family elder.

Between Sai and Pakhi he can't give that bakwaas excuse ki I can expect only from you Sai because ummeedein apno se rakhi jaati hai.

Sai should tell him tu shut up when she giveabit back to Pakhi as he remains quiet when Pakhi taunts and insults her.

Virat is also Hindi drama.male just like Sai we should have no expectations of him.

In Tamil, there was no such track.

I havent seen the full show, but just initial 100 + episodes.

I felt that in Tamil version, Vikram can't stay angry with Saranya for more than an episode or 2. He usually has talks with her after every fight and they end up making up.

Tamil version also had many episodes with prolonged Saranya Vikram scenes in bedroom and lesser family scenes. Side characters ka scenes would hardly be there.

i think tamil version is far better compared to the original version.

Wow it really does sound like the nice scenes were just a lollipop when they were just for one episode in between 4 episodes of drama.
