Btw replying to you here since the other topic got closed.

Saas bahu shows are trash and remain trash no matter how much TRP they garner. Beyhadh was a finite show, so it obviously ended earlier.

Secondly, the show did not have much TRPs, but it became very famous among the TV watchers because of its unique content. It's videos were the no. 1 in viewership, like I said. That proves that Maya Mehrotra was a hit among younger audience. Saas bahu audience will definitely not like quality and off-beat shows like Beyhadh. They are the ones who give TRP. Beyhadh was not a family show and had a late-night slot, that too on a channel like Sony which is anyways low in the TRP race.

Beyhadh has a cult following, and even critics praised the show and Jennifer's performance. While all the Gopi Bahu shows are meant for non-intellectual masses. Masses like po*n better than classical literature, doesn't make them better. So doesn't matter if they go on for years, because they're the butt of jokes, unlike actual quality stuff like Beyhadh, Maryada, Rishta.com and Parvarrish. ðŸ˜†
