Why is even web dominated by nepotism

It’s just so sad! While Bollywood was always dominated by nepo kids now web is dominated by nepo uncles and aunties🤮 While acting should not have any age bar but for even aged roles, the likes of Shilpa shetty, Karishma kapoor, Sanjay kapoor are getting offers now. Itne kharaab din kyun aa gaye hindi entertainment industry ke! Premium ott platforms like Netflix, Hotstar and Prime still don’t make shows with talented regional actors or established TV actors like Ram Kapoor, Ronit Roy etc. Ott has now become the platform to support flop BW stars. We don’t make any sitcoms, any fantasy films or any animated films like Netflix US. All we make is crime dramas and promote the BW uncle aunties in it.
