If it was always illegal then why now they have reacted to it ?  and that too when there is apparent stay on demolishing as per court or whatever? 

This thread actually made me do a re-think. 

This demolition is not a kneejerk reaction, Kangana has been receiving notices for illegal construction since 2018. But she ignored it because BJP govt was at power and they didn't do anything about it either. But now, with a new govt in the state, they are taking action against Kangana after they looked through her file and found these notices.

BJP has nothing to do with this except that its an ineffective opposition in Maha Politics bec somewhere it still wants that marriage with SS  Them and their IT cell do more damage than help to the people they back!

If taking ganja is you'd be jailed level crime then why didn't they arrest "99% of BW" including Kangu? Why now? Why didn't they start arresting celebs since 1980s?
