Paresh Rawal dialogue, which movie was this?

Hello all,

Does anyone know which movie was the following dialogue mentioned in:

(I think it was Paresh Rawal, back in the 90's, when he used to do actual villain roles).

He says to a supporting actor:

"Iss wardi ke neeche maine jo kachha pehnaya hai na, wo kahin maine utar liya na,

to gali gali chhupata phirega"

This was one of the most funny things he said (although it was meant to be serious in that movie of course). But I cant remember the movie now, want to watch it again.

I don't remember other actors clearly now, but I think he played the role of a corrupt politician, someone else with him says to the guy who is a police inspector, "agar tu aisa karega to teri wardi utar jayegi", then Paresh Rawal says this dialogue.

desigrl05 - I just watched both movies you mentioned online:
Chor Machaye Shor (2002) - Paresh Rawal himself is an ACP and overall the movie is light hearted, so couldnt have been that one.

Khoobsurat (1999) - he does play a gangster but I couldnt find such a dialogue in the movie so far.
