So even using SSR's own logic the BW world was fine as destruction wasnt happening.

destruction already happened, was dropped from 12 movies before and now 7 movies. Poor soul didn’t have an escape from greedy managers living to being turned down several times. He could’ve developed thick skinned or even did other career, sad situation. Never would’ve expected this from a successful actor. I know he didn’t like offers he was getting but he should’ve pushed through difficult times. We all do. Now we are stuck watching ugly actors on screen

I saw his clip he said industry would collapse if too much nepotism. Industry didnt collapse as films are still being made. So even by his own logic Nepotism didnt ruin anything. As for films he wasnt able to do. He still had a quite a few in hand. 

It would be interesting to see how the industry’s business do. They are all selfish people and don’t help out when someone needs help. The fact that so many industry people say they knew he was suffering and lost just makes me angry. We as the people who admire his work didn't know he was going through depression but these selfish people did for a long time

What's so funny about that? They see below average actors becoming successful by leveraging connections or looks which attract some producer's attention and not in a good way. This upsets actual talent.

Talent in and of itself is no good to individual or humanity. The artist needs to be paid and thrives on appreciation. Humanity is enriched by his or her art. Ambition to translate art into material success is not wrong. The mediocre talent in Bollywood puts it about that actual talent shouldn't seek wealth. Nope. The no-talent and average-talent peeps would definitely prefer that actual talent gets nowhere😆. Because if actual talent succeeded, the current lot ruling Bollywood would totally lose. Hence all the efforts to pull down real talent.

So hes mad he isnt more famous. His box office is horrendous. Who is to be blamed for that ? 

He is known as a great actor, well respected and not starving. Anyone who is courageous enough to speak out is selfish ? If that was the case than no one would speak out. Please I know Nepo mafia would love it if every shut up. They use different methods of shaming different people.

Well said, they are either called selfish, with an agenda or saying it to get footage or revive their career or they are labelled "crazy" or mentally off

God forbid had SSR spoken about the same, by this time, many in the media, directors, nepotism star kids would have lashed out at him even IF members as being selfish with an agenda or someone failed who is trying to get mileage or revive his career.

Everyone who speaks up, its the same story.

Let us look at the hurdles that movie has over TV.

TV can introduce two fresh faces in a new serial. Couple of weeks of good scripting, serial will pick up and freshers will be popular in mass within few months.

In movie, its life is decided in 3 days, the first week end. Hence we need familiar faces to pull audience, as soon as the movie is released.

As the movie industry does not have star directors (who can give hits with any fresh actor/actress), one has to rely on familiar faces. Either stars or their children.

You can’t help it.

At least let one of the leads (male or female) be outsider.
