I have no idea about food replacement shake

 But nutrition is most important for good health. 

Try yoga it's easy to do and gives good result.

I did the following to lose weight

Drink warm lemon water after waking up. 

Green tea after that.

Exercise for 40-50 mins daily

Diet control. No junk food at all.

Also in moments of weakness visualise yourself in your perfect weight. That will give motivation.😆

Just one advice. Be comfortable, it's all about how you carry yourself.

If u r not up for rigorous exercise u can do the following..

Have lemon and honey along with warm water on empty stomach every morning.

Do Surya namaskar with proper postures..U can start with 5 and gradually increase to 10-15-20..even better if u can start with more or do more..But do daily. It's the best stretching exercise and helps to tone the body. And brisk walk daily. 

Watch what u eat..U can try those shakes but my experience says u will miss real food.. Specially when u have to anyways cook for family or when people around u r eating ðŸ˜ƒ

Unhealthy gain karna hai to roz pizza khao. Healthy karna hai to gym jaao..Yoga karo

Doesn't work for me. When everyone around me talks like ek slice hi khaungi nahi to pet bahar aa jayega and I'm like pura b kha jaungi kuch farak nahi padega. 

I tried gym for two days, gave up. I'm a lazy as* person.

Have you heard of people who are allergic to gluten? I'm one. I have been scouring the net for months but nothing helped me to put on weight.

Rice? Milkshakes..

Do yoga if u can't do gym..I wish weight could be transferred from person to person like data..It would help both of us😉
