If u r not up for rigorous exercise u can do the following..
Have lemon and honey along with warm water on empty stomach every morning.
Do Surya namaskar with proper postures..U can start with 5 and gradually increase to 10-15-20..even better if u can start with more or do more..But do daily. It's the best stretching exercise and helps to tone the body. And brisk walk daily.
Watch what u eat..U can try those shakes but my experience says u will miss real food.. Specially when u have to anyways cook for family or when people around u r eating 😃
