Usman entry is not so soon as confirmed by him. He is playing a role of psychiatrist so I think miral after some time will go to him or any family member will introduce them.

i think miraal khud will realise she has some issues something big may happen which will harm her due to her own issues and thats when she may decide to seek help from a psychiatrist

Want to update he is actually playing the role of therapist and not psychiatrist. We will have to wait to find out about Why she met him or how she met him etc etc.
