Throughout the show Shivaay has had a soft spot for characters who are similar to his mum in some way. Annika and Tia were the obvious ones (Annika in looks and background, Tia in personality) but Om too (in terms of fragility). I get the feeling Khanna probably reminds him of Pinky too in a way.

I love Khanna-Shivaay bond too even Shivaay-Mishra too😆 Yes Shivaay treats khanna like a family😊
